Objective: To analyze the risk factors and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)infection in patients with bronchiectasis. Methods : Retrospectively collected clinical data of 226 patients with bronchiectasis who were hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2009 to January 2019,including general conditions(gender, age, smoking history, duration, height, weight).,etiology, acute exacerbation in the previous year, acute exacerbation ? 2 times this year, whether antibiotics were used in the previous month, etc.,laboratory tests(blood routine,C-reactive protein, sputum culture results, etc.),blood gas analysis, high lungs Resolution CT(HRCT),lung function results, and drug susceptibility results.According to the results of sputum culture, the patients were divided into 26 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA group)and non-P.aeruginosa group(non-PA group). The analysis was performed by SPSS23.0 analysis. The differences of clinical characteristics between the two groups were compared. And analyze the risk factors and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Results:The prevalence of the P.aeruginosa group was greater than or equal to 1 in the previous year, plus 2 times greater than or equal to 2 times in the current year, and the rate of antibiotic use in the month before admission was significantly higher than that in the non-Pseudomonas aeruginosa group. The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);patients in the PA group had a longer course than the non-P.aeruginosa group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);the first second forced expiratory volume of the PA(FEV1)and the forced expiratory volume(FVC)The value was significantly lower than that of the non-PA group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in smoking history, age, and BMI between the PA group and the non-PA group(P>0.05).The percentage of white blood cells,neutrophils,C-reactive protein,PH,and PA in the PA group and the non-PA group. There were no significant differences in PCO2,PO2,SPO2,FEV1/FVC,FEV1% predicted values, and chest CT scores(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of ?1 times and long course of disease in the previous year was a risk factor for P.aeruginosa infection in patients with bronchiectasis(P<0.05).The overall resistance of P.aeruginosa is not high, and the resistance rate to levofloxacin alone is more than 30%.Conclusion:The infection rate of P.aeruginosa in patients with bronchiectasis is higher. The increase of ?1 times in the previous year and the long course of disease are risk factors for P.aeruginosa infection in patients with bronchiectasis. The overall resistance rate of P.aeruginosa in patients with bronchiectasis is not high, and levofloxacin is up to 33.3%.
