Objective:The aim of the study is to analyze the expression of endometriosis(CacyBP/SIP)and CD34-labeled microvessel density(MVD)in ovarian endometriosis(OEMs),and the correlation between CacyBP/SIP and MVD.Materials and Methods:1.Grouping: 35 cases of OEMs patients who received laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 and were confirmed by pathological examination were selected.Endometrial tissue was taken as the in-situ endometrium group,and cystic wall tissue of ovarian cyst was taken as the heterotopic endomet-rium group for the same patient.During the same period,35 patients with mature cystic teratoma of the ovary were hospitalized for laparoscopic surgery(35 cases),and 29 patients with non-endometriosis(EMs)diagnosed by pathological examination were treated with Endometriosis.Endometrial tissue was taken as the control group.2.Immunohistochemical and stereoscopic methods were used to quantitatively detect the expression of CacyBP/SIP and CD34 labeled MVD in the endometrium of OEMs ectopic endometrium,endometrium in situ and endometrium of the control group,and to analyze the correlation between CacyBP/SIP and MVD.Results:1.CacyBP/SIP protein can be detected in the endometrial epithelial cells and interstitial cells of each group,which is mainly distributed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the interstitial cells.The staining of CacyBP/SIP protein was gradually enhanced in the stromal cells of the endometrium group,the endometrial group and the control group.CacyBP/SIP Integral optical density(IOD)of the ectopic endometrium(10.09± 6.62),IOD value of the in situ endometrium group(23.66±15.22)and the control group(66.20± 35.67)?Both the ectopic endometrium group and the in situ endometrium group were significantly lower than the control group(t=2.996 P<0.01,t =2.728 P<0.01).The ectopic endometrium group was lower than the incumbent endometrium group(t=2.438,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The difference was statistically significant.The IOD value of CacyBP/SIP protein in the endometrium in the proliferating phase(36.67± 7.54),in the secreting phase(15.57 ± 10.93),in the proliferating phase(78.20± 9.53),and in the secreting phase(40.57± 6.21),The secretory phase of the endometrium in situ was lower than that in the proliferative phase(t=2.650,P<0.05),and the expression of the proliferative phase and secretory phase in the endometrium in situ was lower than that in the control group(t =2.508 P<0.05,t=2.865 P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant.2.Microvascular marker CD34 was mainly expressed in vascular endothelial cells of various diameters in the tissues,and staining of vascular endothelial cells was gradually weakened in the endometriosis group,the endothelial cells in the in situ endothelial group and the control group.The MVD of the ectopic endometrium group was(41.83± 17.93)?(32.10± 14.59)and(20.24± 10.44),respectively.The expression of MVD in the ectopic endometrium group and the in situ endometrium group was higher than that in the control group(t =3.41 P<0.01 t =2.88,P<0.01),The expression level of the ectopic endometrium group was higher than that of the incumbent endometrium group(t =2.03,P<0.05),The difference is statistically significant.In endometrial hyperplasia MVD(23.36± 11.22)and MVD in ectopic secretion period(34.45 ± 10.37),the control group hyperplasia period MVD(15.35 ± 8.73)and control group in secretory MVD(23.45 ± 10.43),in the intima hyperplasia of group stage and secretory stage MVD is higher than the control group(t=2.215 P< 0.05,t=3.135 P< 0.01)and secretory MVD in ectopic group is higher than hyperplasia period(t = 2.508,P< 0.05),the difference is statistically significant.3.Spearman Rank correlation showed that CacyBP/SIP was negatively correlated with MVD in the OEMs ectopic endometrial group and the in situ endometrial group,and the correlation coefficients were respectively(r=-0.876,r=-0.673),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the control group,CacyBP/SIP had no correlation with MVD(r=-0.363),and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)CacyBP/SIP may be involved in the adhesion and invasion of endometriosis implantation,leading to the occurrence of EMs.(2)there are more abundant neovascularization in OEMs ectopic intima than in normal tissues,and the formation of neovascularization may be one of the necessary conditions for the formation of OEMs lesions.(3)under the action of low level CacyBP/SIP,the endometrium may be promoted to have strong microangiogenesis ability by mediating some related factors,and the endometrium will shed into the abdominal cavity and have strong planting and growth ability,which promotes the occurrence and development of EMs.
