| Objective: To observe the curative effect of "Zhibian(BL54)penetrating Shuidao(ST28)" method on improving quality of life of female people with stress urinary incontinence,and then to provide a basis for clinical standardized treatment of stress urinary incontinence and provide a reference for clinical treatment of urinary system diseases.Methods:From August 2017 to December 2018,60 patients in the third department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Shanxi acupuncture and moxibustion hospita lwho met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of female stress incontinence were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group according to the random number table meth.Treatment group adopted "Zhibian(BL54)penetrating Shuidao(ST28)" method,choose "Zhibian"(on the posterior spine and femoral greater trochanter around the point of attachment on 2/5 and 3/5 under the border into the needle),the patient prone position,75% alcohol skin routine disinfection,the patient are angled needle body and sagittal body is 20 ° Angle into the needle,needle was as small belly for degrees,after acupuncture needling,retaining needle for 30 minutes,day 1,a total of 10 times of treatment.The control group with traditional acupuncture treatment,and the main acupoints were the Zhongji,PangGuangshu(double),Shenshu(double),and SanYinjiao(double).And the needle was injected after 75% alcohol skin was routinely disinfected.the patients were treated with pingbupingxie manipulation,retaining needle for 30 minutes,day 1,a total of 10 times of treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy and the influence on the quality of life of the patients in the two groups were analyzed and compared according to the changes of the urine leakage volume in the pad test at 1h before treatment and 1h after treatment,the number of urine leakage by the urination diary card at 72 h and the score of the quality of life questionnaire for urinary incontinence(i-qol),and the long-term efficacy of the two acupuncture methods was determined according to the recurrence rate of the follow-up at 1month after the treatment.Results:1.Comparison of urine leakage in 1h pad test: the urine leakage in 1h pad test after treatment was lower in both groups than before treatment,and with statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods could effectively reduce the urine leakage in patients with stress incontinence;The two groups after treatment for 1h urine pad test comparison between groups of urine leakage,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting "Zhibian through Shuidao" acupuncture on the improvement of the patients with stress urinary incontinence of urine leakage quantity is better than that of traditional acupuncture.2.72 h urine diary card record leakage frequency comparison results: two groups after treatment was leakage times are reduced,there was statistically significant difference(P <0.05),suggesting the two groups after treatment to reduce the number of patients with stress urinary incontinence of urine leakage has curative effect;The frequency of urine leakage after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically(P<0.05),and the "Zhibian through Shuidao" acupuncture was indicate that the number of patients with reduced pressure urinary incontinence was superior to that of the control group;3.Comparison of changes in quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)score for urinary incontinence:The quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)score of urinary incontinence after treatment in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the two groups after treatment urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)score compared between groups,the thing showing such a difference(P<0.05),suggesting "rank and" stitch to improve the quality of life in patients with stress urinary incontinence is superior to control group.4.Clinical efficacy: The cure rate and the total effective rate of the rank-edge permeable channel were 20.69% and 86.21% respectively.The cure rate and total effective rate of the traditional acupuncture group were 10.34% and 79.31%,The difference of clinical effective rate between the two groups was obvious(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1."Zhibian through Shuidao" acupuncture and traditional acupuncture both have curative effects in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence,but the clinical effect of "Zhibian through Shuidao" acupuncture is great than that of traditional acupuncture;2."Zhibian through Shuidao" acupuncture is to reduce the amount of urine,andincrease the quality of life in the patient,which is better than the traditional acupuncture,restore to the life of patients with self-confidence,return to normal social activities and improved the quality of life of patients;3.The therapeutic effect of "Zhibian through Shuidao" acupuncture is real and reliable,which is a reasonable treatment method for female stress urinary incontinence,and It can be further applied in clinic. |
