Objective:To analyze the clinical value of dual-source CT dual-energy technique in qualitative analysis of renal calculi. Methods: A total of 246 patients with kidney stones diagnosed in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected. The patient underwent dual-source CT examination to obtain the location, shape, size and composition of the stone, and then the corresponding treatment.Specimens were obtained by infrared spectroscopy after treatment, and then compared with the results of dual-source CT prediction. Results:Of the 246 patients,21 were treated with drugs. After one month, the stones were discharged.225 cases were treated with surgery, including 127 patients with infectious stones. The preoperative and postoperative anti-infective treatments were followed by no fever.Complications such as infection;115 cases of stone specimens were obtained after operation. The results showed that the results of dual-source CT prediction were highly consistent with the results of infrared spectroscopy.Conclusion:Dual-source CT has high accuracy in predicting the nature of calculi in vivo and can be widely used in clinic. The clear nature of calculi before treatment is of guiding significance for clinicians to formulate reasonable treatment plans and scientifically implement preventive measures, and provides accurate reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Avoiding the pain, trauma and cost caused by unnecessary operation or second operation in some patients, and improving the curativeeffect,it has a positive impact on stone prevention and recurrence, and is worth popularizing widely in clinic.
