Objective : To investigate the correlation between TCM syndromes and Western medicine classification in patients with myasthenia gravis, and to provide relevant help for the study of subsequent myasthenia gravis, and to make efforts to improve the clinical treatment effect. Methods:The patients were enrolled in the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 20 to January 2019.In patients with myasthenia gravis in the outpatient and treatment areas, the clinical data of patients with myasthenia gravis that meet the requirements of this study were double-entered and entered into the Epidata3.1 database to form the original database. The data was analyzed and analyzed using SPSS22.0 software. Results: A total of 93 patients met the requirements of this study.Among them,53 were outpatients, accounting for 57.0%,40 were hospitalized, accounting for 43.0%,and41 were male, accounting for 44.1%.Number of patients. There are 52 people, accounting for 55.9%.The minimum age of the patient is 16 years and the maximum age is 86 years. The minimum level of education for the patient is kindergarten, and the highest level of education is undergraduate.According to the classification of TCM syndromes of myasthenia gravis, the total number of patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency is 43 cases, followed by 29 cases of spleen and kidney deficiency, and 17 patients with qi and yin deficiency. For example, there are 4 patients with at least atmospheric depression.According to the Western medicine classification of myasthenia gravis, there were 30 cases of type I patients, accounting for 32.3%;33 cases of type IIa patients, accounting for 35.5%;21 cases of type IIb patients, accounting for 22.6%;6 cases of type IIIa patients, accounting for 6 cases 6.5%;3 patients with type IVa,accounting for3.2%.Through analysis,it was found that the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients was statistically significant. The age of the spleen and kidney deficiency group was significantly higher than that of the spleen and stomach qi deficiency group, indicating thatthere was a correlation between age and TCM syndromes.By analyzing the correlation between the source of patients and the distribution of Western medicine,it was found that the distribution of patients and Western medicine was statistically significant.By analyzing the correlation between the gender of patients and the distribution of Western medicine,it was found that the distribution of gender and Western medicine classification was statistically significant.Through analysis,it is found that there is a correlation between TCM syndromes and Western medicine classification.TCM syndromes are spleen and stomach qi deficiency patients are Western medicine type I type susceptibility physique,TCM syndrome is spleen and kidney deficiency patients are Western medicine classification It is a susceptible body of type IIb.Conclusion: The TCM syndromes of patients with myasthenia gravis have a correlation with the age of the patients. The age of the spleen and kidney deficiency group is significantly higher than that of the spleen and stomach qi deficiency group. The gender of patients is related to the classification of western medicine. There are more female patients than male patients. When the distribution of patients and Western medicine classification, the patients are the most type I,followed by type IIa,IIb and IIIa.Among hospitalized patients, the most are type IIa,followed by type IIb and type I.Among the TCM syndrome distribution, the patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency group had the most, followed by the spleen and kidney deficiency group, the qi and yin deficiency group, and the least was the atmospheric depression group;the Western medicine classification distribution was the most type IIa,followed by type I and type IIb.Type IIIa,at least IVa.There is a correlation between TCM syndrome and Western medicine classification.Spleen and stomach qi deficiency is a type I susceptibility. When clinically treating patients with type I myasthenia gravis,it should pay attention to qi and yang, adjust spleen and stomach; It is a type IIb susceptible constitution. In the clinical treatment of patients with type IIb myasthenia gravis,it should pay attention to warming the spleen and kidney to help clinical prevention, treatment and prognosis.
