Objective: To explore the relationship between the quality of life of MG patients and their different TCM syndromes, and to provide reference for clinical treatment and improve the quality of life of MG patients. Methods: From March 2018 to March 2019,93 adult patients with myasthenia gravis were enrolled in the outpatient department and treatment area of the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The MGFA clinical classification scale was used to determine the clinical classification of patients.According to the Chinese Medicine Association,"Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Myasthenia Gravis"(2019 edition),the TCM syndromes of the patients were identified, and the 36 concise health status questionnaires of universality were established.(Medical Outcome Survey 36-item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)and disease-specific 15 Myitthenia Gravis Quality-of-Life Scale(MGQOL-15)Quality,a face-to-face questionnaire survey conducted by physicians and patients with a certain clinical experience through unified training.Statistical analysis was performed on the collected clinical data using SPSS 24.0 software. Results: Of the 93 patients with MG,41 were male and 52 were female. The male to female ratio was 1:1.27,the age distribution ranged from 18 to 86,and the average age was 55.88±16.89.According to the educational level, there were three grades. The following 22 cases, accounting for 23.7%;46 cases of junior high school or high school, accounting for 49.5%;25 cases of universities and above, accounting for 26.9%.The occupational type was 22 cases of manual workers, accounting for 23.7%;71 cases of non-manual workers, accounting for 76.3%.According to MGFA classification,34 cases were I-type,accounting for 36.6%;49 cases were II type, accounting for 52.7%;10 cases were III type, accounting for 10.8%.The average score of MGQOL-15 was 17.65±6.27,and the average score of sf-36 was 106.13±11.83.The quality of life was good in 16 cases, accounting for 17.2%;77 cases in quality of life, accounting for 82.8%.There was no significant difference in gender and education level between MGQOL-15,sf-36 and each dimension(p>0.05).The age was statistically significant in MGQOL-15 and rp(p=0.024,p=0.023),occupational type was significantly different in VT(p=0.006),and mgfa was in SF-36 total score(p=0.007).)and VT(p=0.000),RE(p=0.019),SF(p=0.041),andPF(p=0.003)werestatistically significant. There were 43 cases of spleen and stomach qi deficiency, accounting for 46.2%;29 cases of spleen and kidney deficiency, accounting for 31.2%;17 cases of qi and yin deficiency, accounting for 18.3%;4 cases of atmospheric depression, accounting for 4.3%.There was a significant difference in the scores of different TCM syndromes and MGQOL-15(f=4.919,p=0.009).Different TCM syndromes were significantly different from SF-36 scores(p=0.008)and VT terms(p=0.001),RE terms(p=0.04),MH terms(p=0.003),and SF terms(p=0.013).Conclusion: 1 The quality of life factors affecting patients with MG include age, occupation type and clinical type of MG.The specific effect is that the older the life quality is,the better the quality of life is than the non-physical workers, the MGFA type II and above is poor.2 There is a correlation between TCM syndrome and quality of life of patients with MG.The quality of life of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome is lower than that of spleen and stomach qi deficiency and qi and yin deficiency syndrome, especially in vitality(VT)and emotional function(RE).Mental health(MH)and social function(SF)dimensions are more obvious.
