At present,cancer has become the world's most deadly factor.According to the latest report of the National Cancer Center in 2018,China has been a big cancer country.The number of new cancer patients accounts for nearly one quarter of the total number of cancer patients in the world.At the same time,about 10,000 people are diagnosed with cancer every day,with an average of 7 people diagnosed every minute.Among them,lung cancer is still the first place in China for cancer incidence and mortality.In order to change this situation,the related medical research has been in an endless stream.Whether it is the clinical research of lung cancer or the basic scientific research,it is inseparable from the dependence on the medical imaging cases data of lung cancer.How to fully and effectively utilize the massive medical imaging cases resources of lung cancer and mine useful clinical data information,it is especially necessary to turn data into knowledge and provide effective case resource services for scientific research on lung cancer.Through the Internet information technology,a medical imaging cases library for clinical topics is constructed to provide medical imaging cases data support for clinicians or researchers to carry out scientific research or teaching work around a certain disease.The key is to solve the following two problems:1)to collect medical imaging cases resource data on disease topics(such as lung cancer topics),including basic information of patients,image scanning information,clinical diagnosis information,and clinical signs of patients,test results,medical records and other information,so as to integrate the useful data elements of a patient's imaging examination into the hospital's HIS system,inspection system,electronic medical record system and PACS system;2)transformation,processing and integration of tumor imaging cases data to build a medical imaging cases resource sharing service platform with rich resources,powerful functions and simple and quick operation.This paper will study the key technology in the collection of lung cancer imaging cases resource data,which is the first key problem in the construction of lung cancer medical imaging cases library.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background and significance of the medical imaging cases library,and analyzes the existing research status.Secondly,it reviews the current status of medical imaging collection,and introduces the method of collecting medical imaging cases based on standard medical imaging diagnosis keyword set adopted by a third-level hospital.Then the method of applying regular expressions and text classification based on support vector machine to collect medical imaging cases is described in detail,and the related experiments and performances are carried out.Aspect evaluation,its practicality and effectiveness are discussed.The first step in the construction of lung cancer medical imaging cases library is the collection of case resources.The goal of this paper is to study and find a high-efficiency,simple and fast method for collecting lung cancer imaging cases,and to realize the classification and collection of massive cases in hospital PACS system.Through the design experiment verification,the results showed that the two methods for collecting lung cancer imaging cases proposed in this paper have certain practicability.
