Objective:To explore the effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery nursing intervention on Rectal Cancer Anus Saving Patients,to evaluate its implementation effect,to verify its safety and effectiveness, and to further optimize and standardize the implementation of relevant strategies of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery nursing,so as to provide the basis for exploring the best rehabilitation methods for rectal cancer patients. Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,122 patients who met the inclusion criteria of Rectal Cancer Anus Saving surgery in the department of Gastrointestinal surgery of a grade iii class a hospital in changchun city were selected, and patients were divided into the control group(61 patients))and the intervention group(61 patients)by convenient sampling method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the intervention group applied Enhanced Recovery After Surgery nursing intervention.Analysis of ERAS group and traditional group in the time of the first exhaust time, the first defecation time, the first time to get out of bed, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, the complications after operation, the postoperative self-care ability score and the comfort degree of the differences between.SPSS24.0 software is used for data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis is used for general data, the measurement data were represented by mean plus or minus standard deviation, and attribute data is expressed by frequency or rate.T test and chi-square test were used for comparison between groups was used to evaluate the intervention effect at different time points.P<0.05 was set as statistically significant difference.Result:(1)General data: There was no statistically significant difference in gender and age composition between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in other general data between the two groups(P> 0.05).(2)The first exhaust time: The first time of exhaust time in the intervention group was earlier than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(3)The first defecation time: The first defecation time of intervention group was earlier than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(4)The first time to get out of bed after operation: The first time to get out of bed after operation in intervention group was earlier than that in control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Hospitalization time:The hospitalization time of intervention group were lower than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(6)Hospitalization expenses: The hospitalization expenses of intervention group were lower than those of control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(7)The complications after operation:There was no significant difference in nausea and vomiting, anastomotic fistula, pulmonary infection, intestinal obstruction, deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity, urinary tract infection and incision infection between the intervention group and the control group(P>0.05).(8)Post-operative self-care ability score:On the first day after operation, the self-care ability score of intervention group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in self-care ability score between the intervention group and the control group on the day of discharge(P > 0.05).(9)Comparisons of patients' comfort: The scores of physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural and environmental comfort in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Enhanced Recovery After Surgery nursing intervention applied in anus-preserving operation for rectal cancer patients can shorten the time of the first exhaust time, the first defecation time, the first time to get out of bed, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, and at the same time,it does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications. In addition,Enhanced Recovery After Surgery nursing can improve the self-care ability and increase patients' comfort.
