Objective:To investigate the relationship between cardiac function and prealbumin and bilirubin in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,582 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed in the Department of Cardiology,First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification, the subjects were divided into control group(heart function level I),group A(heart function level II),group B(heart function level III)and group C(heart function)Level IV).Group A,group B,and group C were heart failure groups. The patient’s general data, past medical history, routine biochemical examination and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound results were recorded.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software.result:1.There was a difference between the heart failure group and the control group in prealbumin, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, left ventricularend diastolic diameter, and ejection fraction. The prealbumin and ejection fraction were lower in the heart failure group than in the control group;the left ventricular end diastolic diameter, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin levels were higher in the heart failure group than in the control group.2.Combined with New York heart function classification, the heart failure components are A,B,C three groups, prealbumin, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, total bile acid, left ventricular end diastolic diameter,EF There are differences between groups A,B,and C.Comparing the groups, the prealbumin levels and EF decreased in the A,B,and C groups, and the total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, and left ventricular end diastolic diameter increased in the A,B,and C groups.3.The spearman coefficient was calculated by pre-albumin,bilirubin,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, ejection fraction and cardiac function grading to determine its correlation and intensity.Prealbumin is positively correlated with ejection fraction and negatively correlated with cardiac function classification.Bilirubin, direct bilirubin, and indirect bilirubin were positively correlated with cardiac function grading and negatively correlated with ejection fraction.Conclusion:1.Prealbumin and bilirubin are predictors of chronic heart failure.2.Serum prealbumin and bilirubin levels can be used as effective indicators to determine the severity of chronic heart failure patients.3.In patients with chronic heart failure, serum prealbumin was negatively correlated with cardiac function, and bilirubin was positively correlated with cardiac function.
