ObjectiveThe purpose of this experiment is to research on the local environment of female cerebral infarction patients, the use of different doses of atorvastatin calcium on the object of study of blood lipid and internal carotid artery plaque treatment, comparison between groups in patients with blood lipid and internal carotid artery plaque area,so as to determine the drug in the blood fat and internal carotid artery plaque in patients with each treatment, the curative effect and safety in the process of using, the purpose is to provide more accurate treatment for stroke patients, and also provides the dosage regimen for recurrent stroke prevention, improving the prognosis of patients with stroke, improve the quality of survivalMethodsTo develop into A set of standard and exclusion criteria, and strictly choose since November 2017,department of neurology ward to receive all the eligible cases as the research object, choose by Beijing jia Lin pharmaceutical co.,LTD.Production and sales of atorvastatin calcium(ALe)as the study drug, according to different doses were randomly divided into three groups, respectively in group A(10 mg/d)and group B(20 mg/d)and group C(40 mg/d),each group of 48 cases.Selecting drug 0 90 day after day,and after 180 day three time points and record each of the research object of blood lipid and liver result,TG in triglyceride, low density lipoprotein LDL-C,total cholesterol(TC,high density lipoprotein HDL-C,gamma GGTP(gamma glutamyl transpeptidase)gamma GGT,aspertate aminotransferase ALT,AST,ALT measurement, record every patient the area of the internal carotid artery plaque size, and adverse reactions.Experimental data were recorded and analyzed using statistical methods.ResultsStatistics medicine zero day as a result, there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups of patients(P>0.05),the drug after 90 day and 180 day, observe the blood lipid level,it can be seen that the total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)decreased significantly,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased significantly, atorvastatin calcium can regulate blood lipid and curative effect is distinct, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment for 90 days and 180 days, the results of the retest showed that the plaque area in the three groups decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compare three groups of adverse events happening in 180 days of medication observation during the follow-up,1 patient group B patients moderately elevated aminotransferase, occurred in 2 times is not beyond the normal range, instruct patients to continue medication observation, not terminate experiment, one patient mild dizziness,2 patients with dyspepsia, group C one patient appear have a headache, the rest of the patients were not seen obvious dizziness, headaches, gastrointestinal discomfort, muscle pain, rashes and abnormal liver function such as serious adverse reactions.During the 180-day treatment period, there were more cases of adverse reactions in the high-dose group than in the low-dose group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionsAfter 180 days of follow-up investigation records, using statistical methods to organize data,we can draw the tip:oral doses of atorvastatin calcium, can obviously decrease total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level,and increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content,narrow the area of the plaques, and different doses of atorvastatin calcium treatment of cerebral infarction in patients with blood lipid and the security when the internal carotid artery plaque.
