Photoacoustic imaging is an emerging non-destructive biological tissue imaging technology,with the technical characteristics of optical imaging and ultrasound imaging,which has attracted the majority of researchers.Gastric cancer is a type of cancer with a high morbidity and mortality.The clinical need for early diagnosis of gastric cancer is so great that photoacoustic imaging offers the hope of meeting this demand.Photoacoustic imaging has great potential and great research significance in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer due to its advantages of high sensitivity,high resolution and non-destructiveness.This thesis focuses on the construction and simulation of photoacoustic model in photoacoustic imaging based on the existing research.By using the finite element method,the complex situation of the interaction between laser and gastric tissue in photoacoustic imaging is transformed into the coupling of multiple physical fields and the numerical calculation of PDEs,and the relevant simulation studies are carried out,which provides some reference significance for the research and application of photoacoustic imaging on gastric cancer.The photoacoustic imaging technology and the current research progress at home and abroad are summarized and the medical knowledge of gastric cancer and the status quo and problems of gastric cancer detection are introduced.The mathematical physics model was constructed and meshed based on the finite element analysis method and COMSOL analysis software.The physical processes of these photoacoustic imaging,photo-thermal-thermal strain-ultrasound,under pulsed laser in gastric tissue are simulated in COMSOL.The complete photoacoustic model is established through the coupling of four kinds of physics fields,and the effective photoacoustic signal is obtained.The influence of different factors on each important physical quantity in the process is simulated.The results show that the photoacoustic model constructed in this paper is practical and effective,which can facilitate the fast and efficient simulation of photoacoustic imaging on a computer and help to further promote the research of photoacoustic imaging in the early detection and diagnosis of gastric tumors.
