Objective:to investigate the disorder of mineral metabolism in CAPD patients, and to explore the influencing factors of calcium and phosphorus and parathyroid hormone substandard,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of clinical CKD-MBD.Methods:from february 2014 to february 2019,a total of 101 patients who had received continuous bed-free peritoneal dialysis?CAPD?regularly for at least 2 years in the first affiliated hospital and the second affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university were selected.to understand the current status of mineral metabolism disorders, and to divide the serum calcium, phosphorus and iPTH levels 2 years after dialysis into the standard group and the unqualified group, and to compare the difference of clinical data between the index groups and discuss the influencing factors of the unqualified mineral metabolism indexes.Results:1.101 CAPD patients, male and female ratio of 1.1:1;Mean age?48.36±12.72?years old, mean baseline serum calcium, phosphorus and iPTH levels were:?2.09±0.26?mmol/L,?2.01±0.72?mmol/L,and 228.6pg/ml,respectively.1 year after dialysis:?2.32±0.21?mmol/L,?1.65±0.53?mmol/L,274.15pg/ml.Two years after dialysis,it was?2.33±0.23?mmol/L,?1.83±0.65?mmol/L,and 219.15pg/ml.After 1 or 2 years of peritoneal penetration, serum calcium increased and serum phosphorus decreased compared with baseline. There was no significant difference in iPTH level before and after dialysis.2.compliance rates of serum calcium, phosphorus and iPTH:54%,32%and 35%at baseline; At 1 year after dialysis, the compliance rates of calcium and phosphorus were 68%,49%and 27%,respectively.At 2 years after dialysis, the rates were 65%,41%and 27%,and there was no significant difference between the baseline and 1 year after dialysis.3.analysis on the factors of substandard mineral metabolism indexes:Ccr,iron saturation, diabetes, and blood glucose were the influencing factors of Ca substandard.IPTH,Scr and eGFR are the influencing factors of blood P substandard.25-?OH?D3,ALB are the influencing factors of iPTH substandard. Conclusion:peritoneal dialysis patients have prominent mineral metabolism disorders, high prevalence, unsatisfactory compliance rate, and a variety of influencing factors.Clinicians should pay more attention to and strengthen the management of mineral metabolism disorders, and correct related influencing factors to improve the compliance rate.
