Objective The hemodynamic changes of rectal cancer were detected by transrectal ultrasound,to explore the relationship between hemodynamic changes and circumferential resection margin in rectal internal. Methods A total of 227 patients with rectal cancer confirmed by pathology were selected, who were not treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy before transrectal ultrasonography. All patients underwent transrectal ultrasonography, and their hemodynamic parameters including systolic peak flow rate(PSV),end-diastolic blood flow rate(EDV),resistance index(RI),and Pulsation index(PI)were detected. The values of the parameters were grouped and retrospectively analyzed, and the parameters between the groups were compared and analyzed, and the circumferential resection margin, that is,the shortest distance between the outermost edge of the tumor and the mesorectal fascia, was evaluated. Results The hemodynamic parameters RI and PI of the CRM negativegroup and CRM positive group were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CRM negative group had significantly lower RI and PI than the CRM positive group, that is,the higher RI and PI values were, the higher CRM positive rate was,and the lower RI and PI values were, the higher CRM negative rate was.Correlation analysis showed that the hemodynamic parameter PI of rectal cancer was related to CRM(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between CRM and tumor size, distance between tumor and anal margin, differentiation degree of adenocarcinoma, and T staging(P<0.05).Conclusion The hemodynamic parameters RI and PI of rectal cancer are closely related to CRM.The higher the RI and PI values are,the higher the positive rate of CRM will be;the lower the RI and PI values are,the higher the negative rate of CRM will be.
