Objective:To investigate the correlation of NLR,PLR,LMR with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and its complications.Methods:190 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation were selected as the experimental group and 103 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation as the control group.The age,sex,WBC,LYM,MON,NEU,PLT,NLR,PLR,LMR,alanine aminotransferase,glutathione aminotransferase,total bilirubin,urea,creatinine,LAD,LVD,FS,EF and other statistics were compared between the two groups to understand NLR,PLR,LMR and AF.In addition,the experimental group was divided into paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and persistent atrial fibrillation group,and the differences of new inflammatory factors between the subgroups were analyzed.At the same time,according to the experimental group and hypertension,ischemic stroke,arteriosclerosis,we analyzed whether NLR,PLR,LMR were risk factors for each subgroup.Result:1.There were significant differences in WBC,MON,LYM,NLR,PLR,LMR,LAD,LVD,FS,EF,alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxaloacetic aminotransferase,total bilirubin,urea and creatinine between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in age,sex,NEU and PLT between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).2.PLR and LMR levels in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group were higher than those in persistent atrial fibrillation group(P < 0.05).LAD levels in persistent atrial fibrillation group were significantly higher than those in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P < 0.001).The CHA2DS2-VASc scores in patients with atrial fibrillation incompatible with ischemic stroke were lower than those in patients with ischemic stroke(P < 0.001).4.The levels of NLR and LMR in patients with atrial fibrillation incompatible with hypertension were significantly lower than those in patients with hypertension(P < 0.05).5.The levels of NLR and PLR in patients with atrial fibrillation incompatible with atherosclerosis were significantly lower than those in patients with hypertension(P < 0.05).There was no difference in R,LMR and otherresearch indicators(P > 0.05).6.LAD,NLR and PLR had certain value in the diagnosis of non-valvular atrial fibrillation.When LAD was 3.35,the diagnostic efficiency of non-valvular atrial fibrillation was the highest,with sensitivity 84.8%and specificity 84.2%.When NLR was 2.26,the diagnostic efficiency of non-valvular atrial fibrillation was the highest,with sensitivity 60%.The sensitivity and specificity were 76.1% and 61.4% respectively when PLR was 114.30.Conclusion : NLR,PLR,LMR are associated with the occurrence and maintenance of non-valvular atrial fibrillation.LAD,NLR and PLR are helpful in the diagnosis of non-valvular atrial fibrillation.LMR is a correlation factor for non-valvular atrial fibrillation with ischemic stroke.NLR and LMR are correlation factors for non-valvular atrial fibrillation with hypertension.
