Clinical Observation And Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Tuina In The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

OBJECTIVE:Combining the relevant literature and theory with clinical trials,to explore the clinical effect of Tuina bridge arch manipulation combined with Acupuncture in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and to compare the curative effect with that of euthyrox alone,and to explore the clinical effect of Tuina bridge arch manipulation combined with Acupuncture in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.To find the best treatment scheme which can improve the quality of life of patients and is worth popularizing widely.METHOD:Sixty patients with HT who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were selected from the outpatient department or inpatient department of the Department of Endocrinology and thyroid Medicine,Hubei University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Hubei Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine(September 2016-November 2018).By random number table method,they were randomly divided into treatment group(Acupuncture and Tuina group)(n = 30),male 7 cases,female 23 cases;control group(euthyrox group)30 cases,male 6 cases,female 24 cases.the treatment group was treated with Tuina bridge arch combined with Acupuncture.Firstly,the acupoints such as Zusanli,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan,Sanyinjiao,Taixi and Taichong of the lower limbs and the points of Quchi,Waiguan and Liexia of the upper limbs were selected for Acupuncture treatment according to the Acupuncture standards.at the same time,the local parts of the neck thyroid were punctured at the same time.Immediately after Acupuncture,the patients were treated with bridge arch manipulation and Tuina,and the curative effect was observed and evaluated after 3 courses of treatment.The control group was treated with routine euthyrox,regular review of thyroid function to determine the maintenance dose,10 days a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment,3 courses of treatment were observed and evaluated after 3courses of treatment.The specific experimental test data and evaluation data of FT3,FT4,TSH,Tg Ab,TPOAb titer,thyroid volume and isthmus thickness,TCM syndrome integral,comprehensive curative effect evaluation and safety index before and after treatment were recorded,and the trend of the data was observed and analyzed.The statistical software was used to analyze the statistical results,so as to evaluate the curative effect of Acupuncture combined with Tuina in the treatment of HT.RESULT:Before treatment,it was found that between the Acupuncture and Tuina group and the euthyrox group,Thyroid hormones(FT3,FT4,TSH),thyroid associated antibodies(Tg Ab,TPOAb),thyroid volume and isthmus thickness,TCM syndrome score,comprehensive curative effect evaluation,etc.Statistical analysis and discussion showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05),with statistical significance.However,when the Acupuncture and Tuina group and the euthyrox group were compared before and after treatment,it was found that the above indexes were significantly improved and the symptoms were improved,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),among which the Acupuncture and Tuina group was the most significant.The biggest improvement.CONCIUSION:Acupuncture combined with Tuina can effectively relieve thyroid symptoms in patients with HT.The curative effect indexes such as thyroid function three levels(FT3,FT4,TSH),Tg Ab,TPOAb titer level,thyroid volume and isthmus thickness,TCM syndrome score,comprehensive curative effect evaluation and so on were improved,and the quality of life of the patients was significantly improved.Therefore,it is concluded that the combination of Acupuncture and Tuina has significant advantages in the treatment of HT,and can be widely popularized and applied as a safe and effective method in clinical practice.
