There are abundant bacterial groups in the intestinal gut of mice, which are affected by the host genotype, intestinal environment, growth and development stage, health status, direct stimulation, feeding habits, and external environmental factors. It plays an important role in the nutrition, immunity and development of mice.In this paper, male Kunming mice were used as experimental subjects, which were divided into control group(C),broken wall pine pollen group(BP)and unbroken pine pollen group(P).In order to explore the effects of broken pine pollen and unbroken pine pollen on the intestinal flora of mice, the changes of intestinal flora were explained before and after the broken pollen, and the BP and P groups were mixed daily.10% broken pine pollen rat food and rat food mixed with 10% unbroken pine pollen, and the control group consumed normal rat food for 4 weeks. In the second week, the fresh feces of group C,BP group and group P were collected. At the 4th week of the experiment, the fresh feces and cecal contents of the mice were collected, and the total DNA in the bacteria of the feces and cecal contents was extracted, and the gene was sequenced. The platform was subjected to highthroughput sequencing of the V6 region of the 16 S rRNA gene, and the sequencing data was processed and analyzed by bioinformatics analysis. The results showed that after sequencing the pollen operation classification unit,it was divided into 11 gates, among which the Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes were the dominant bacteria in each group, which together accounted for the abundance of sequencing.91.04%,and the abundance of thick-walled bacteria is the highest, more than 65%;after removing uncassified and others, the dominant species are Prevotellaceae_UCG-001,Alistipes,Lactobacillus,Helicobacter,Bacteroides and Prevotella.Etc.,its content in each sample is relatively high. Then by analyzing beneficial bacteria and spoilage bacteria,we found that broken pine pollen has beneficial effects on colonization of beneficial bacteria and can accelerate the discharge of spoilage bacteria.Male Babl/C mice were divided into healthy control group(HC),model control group(MC),polysaccharide group(P)and esterified polysaccharide group(SP).In order to explore the effects of pine pollen polysaccharide and esterified polysaccharide on intestinal flora of H22 tumor-bearing mice, the effects of polysaccharide and esterified polysaccharide on tumour and intestinal flora of H22 tumor-bearing mice were studied. After sequencing, the results showed that the sequence results were classified into 11 phylums, among which Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes were the dominant phylum in all groups of mice, accounting for 93.42% of the total sequencing abundance, and Bacteroidetes had the highest abundance, exceeding 62%.After removing others, the dominant bacteria were mainly Bacteroides,Odoribacter and Prevo.Bacteria,Alistipes,Lactobacillus,Parabacteroides,Muribaculum,Unidentified Spirulina,Anaerobic Plasmodium,Lachnoclostridium and other bacteria were relatively high in the samples.Through OPLS-DA mapping,it was found that there were obvious differences between model control group and Jiangkang control group, polysaccharide group and esterified polysaccharide group, among which esterified polysaccharide group had a certain separation trend with healthy control group and polysaccharide group.By using PICRUSt to predict metagenomic function and cluster analysis of functional relative abundance,we can find that the function of bacterial flora in MC group is more related to cancer and disease in level2 level cluster thermal map.At the same time,we can find that MC and HC clustering,P and SP clustering are merged, indicating that intraperitoneal injection of polysaccharides or esterified polysaccharides can affect mice. The intestinal flora had similar trend.
