Objective(1)By measuring the levels of renin, angiotensin ? in the peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and without coronary heart disease,Observe the level of renin and angiotensin II in Selected groups and to explore its correlation with acute coronary syndrome.(2)By comparing the levels of renin and angiotensin ?with the results of coronary angiography,Discuss the relationship between the level of renin and angiotensin ?and the severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with ACS.Methods 40 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),including 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and 20 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),were selected clinically.13 patients with stable angina pectoris and 15 without coronary heart disease. The levels of renin and angiotensin ? in peripheral blood of the four groups were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa)and compared with each other. At the same time, the levels of renin and angiotensin II in patients with acute coronary syndrome and stable angina pectoriswere analyzed with the Gensini score to determine the correlation between the level of renin and angiotensin ? and the severity of coronary artery lesions. Results 1.The comparison of plasma renin level:acute myocardial infarction group>unstable angina group>stable angina pectoris group>No coronary heart disease group, but there was no significant difference between acute myocardial infarction groupand unstable angina pectoris group, and there was no significant difference betweenstable angina pectoris group and non-coronary heart disease group(P>0.05).2.The comparison of plasma angiotensin II:acute myocardial infarction group>unstable angina pectoris group>stable angina pectoris group>No coronary heart disease group, but there was no significant difference between acute myocardial infarction groupand unstable angina pectoris group, and there was no significant difference betweenstable angina pectoris group and non-coronary heart disease group(P>0.05).3.correlation analysis of plasma renin, angiotensin II levels and coronary angiography Gensini score in acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris and stable angina pectoris:There was no correlation between plasma renin level and coronary Gensini score(r=0.171 P>0.05)and there was no correlation between plasma angiotensin ? level and coronary Gensini score(r=0.122 P>0.05).Conclusion The plasma levels of renin and angiotensin ? were related to the pathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome, which suggested that the levels of renin and angiotensin ? might lead to the formation and aggravation of unstable plaque. However, the levels of plasma renin and angiotensin ? were not related to the severity of coronary artery disease.
