| Objective: using Gushukang capsule in the treatment of diabetes related osteoporosis under the guidance of TCM theory,the changes of bone density,serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,bone metabolism,bone mass,bone,liver and kidney function,white blood cell,hemoglobin and other symptoms before and after treatment were compared.The clinical effect of treating diabetic osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine system evaluation.Methods: all patients were recruited from the Department of endocrinology of Shanxi People's Hospital hospital and outpatient department of newly diagnosed diabetes related osteoporosis,105 patients were divided into 3 groups,each group of 35 cases,divided into control group(a): 35 cases according to the conditions of patients given the basic treatment of diabetes and oral hypoglycemic drugs,Caltrate D 600mg/ day Calcitriol Soft Capsules,0.25ug/ on the treatment of osteoporosis,the observation group b:35 patients in the control group based on the service of Gushukang capsules 4 / day,the treatment of osteoporosis;the control group(c): 35 cases of routine oral hypoglycemic treatment,Allen + Allen Caltrate D sodium phosphate sodium phosphate 70 mg tablets every Monday.The whole course of treatment is 6 months.Results: after 6 months of treatment in 3 group the total efficiency of the control group A,observation group B and control group C group and control group respectively(a 54.2%),the control group(c)82.8%(b),the observation group 91.4%,observation group B treatment the total efficiency was higher than two in control group,observation group(b)and control group(c)than the control group(2)can increase the bone density of the lumbar spine and hip joint femoral neck(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the observation group B and control group(c),the bone density of the lumbar vertebrae and hip joint femoral neck has the difference but difference(p>0.05)there was no significant difference before and after treatment;calcium treatment was statistically significant but no clinical significance(p<0.05),the observation group B and control group C can improve the bone metabolism index in patients with value,compared with the control group of a(p<0.05)had significant difference between white blood cells and liver function abnormal rate in the control group respectively for a 8.5% The C in the control group was 14.8%,and the B in the observation group was 5.7%.It shows that the effect of B on the function of leukocyte and liver and kidney is less,and the safety of Gu Shu Kang capsule is better.The observation group B and the control group C were better than the control group A(p<0.05)in improving the symptoms and signs of lumbar back pain.Conclusion: significant improvements in bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes of Gushukang Capsule on diabetic patients with osteoporosis,and has obvious therapeutic effects on patients with low back pain legs,fatigue and other symptoms,and has no significant effect on liver and renal function in patients with white blood cells,safety and reliable,worthy of promotion in clinical use. |
