Experience Of Cao Enze's Old Chinese Medicine In Treating IgA Nephropathy Data Mining Research

Objective: On the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation analysis,with the help of data mining technology,this paper summarizes the experience and academic thought of the treatment of Ig A nephropathy by Professor Cao Enze,a nationally famous Chinese medicine teacher.Methods: The clinical observation of 86 cases of Ig A nephropathy treated by Cao Enze's famous veteran TCM outpatient clinic was carried out through outpatient consultants,and the curative effect of the disease and the syndromes were evaluated.The data mining analysis of the above clinical cases was carried out by using the "Data Processing Software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance" independently developed by the Computer Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This paper summarizes Professor Cao's clinical experience and core drug composition in the treatment of Ig A nephropathy.Results: The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of 86 patients with Ig A Nephropathy was 82.56%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 86.05%.Collected Professor Cao Enze clinical diagnosis and treatment of 86 cases of Ig A nephropathy,a total of 536 visits,prescriptions involving 136 traditional Chinese medicines.Through data mining analysis,we can get the following results:1.Distribution of syndrome types: The order of occurrence is in order of frequency,deficiency of qi-yin(31.5%),Deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney in two cases(29.2%),yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome(24.2%),syndrome of dampness-heat in lower jiao(10.8%),syndrome of wind-heat invading lung(3.5%)and Stagnation of blood stasis syndrome(0.7%).2.Analysis of main drug use frequency: according to the frequency of drug use from high to low,the top 10 drugs are Periostracum Cicadae,Scorpio,Radix Astragali Seu Hedysari,Lumbricus,Herba Seu Radix Cirsii Japonici,Herba Cirsii,Bombyx Batryticatus,Herba Hedyotis,Stigmata Maydis,Herba Selaginellae.3.The frequency analysis of herb nature and flavour and channel tropism: The medicines used are mainly cold,warm and calm,while the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and Pungent.The channel tropism of livers,spleens,hearts,lungs,stomachs,kidneys and bladders are often used.4.Commonly Used Pair-drugs:(1)Herba seu Radix Cirsii Japonici,Herba Cirsii;(2)Bombyx Batryticatus,Lumbricus;(3)Periostracum Cicadae,Scorpio;(4)Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Herba Ecliptae;(5)Rhizoma Coptidis,Gypsum Fibrosum;(6)Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae,Rhizoma Atractylodis;(7)Semen Euryales,Fructus Corni;(8)Poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.5.The core prescription drug composition of Ig A nephropathy is Radix Astragali Seu Hedysari,Periostracum Cicadae,Scorpio,Bombyx Batryticatus,Lumbricus,Herba Seu Radix Cirsii Japonici,Herba Cirsii,Herba Hedyotis,Stigmata Maydis.Conclusion:1.Cao Enze's famous veteran TCM has rich clinical experience in treating Ig A nephropathy.The method of clearing and invigorating blood circulation has a remarkable effect on Ig A nephropathy,which deserves our continuous excavation and study.2.The rule of medication obtained by data mining is consistent with Professor Cao enze's clinical experience of syndrome differentiation of Ig A nephropathy,which reflects that some hidden information obtained by data mining is of certain value.3.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the common drug pairs and core prescriptions of Cao Enze's old Chinese medicine in the treatment of Ig A nephropathy,have a guiding value for the treatment of Ig A nephropathy.
