Objective:Observe the influence of "Red Scarf Care" on the disease control, adverse life behavior, inflammation index, lung function index, quality of life, treatment compliance and survival of patients with stable COPD.Methods:Collecting the “Red Scarf Care Action” from the Department of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital to the observation node, that is,from March 2016 to March2017,patients with COPD who were treated in our outpatient department, after the patient's informed consent, part of the “Red Scarf Care Action” was included. That is,the “study group”,some of which are not included in the action, the “control group”.The general data of the two groups before and after the intervention, the number of acute exacerbations, smoking cessation, inflammation index, lung function, quality of life, treatment compliance and survival differences and changes were compared.RESULTS:There were no significant differences in baseline data between the study group and the control group in terms of gender, age, body mass index, duration of disease, smoking history, and oxygen inhalation(P>0.05).In the follow-up population, the average number of acute exacerbations in the study group(0.28± 0.53 times)was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.10 ± 1.22 times),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The smoking cessation rate was66.7% in the study group and 42.9% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the smoking cessation rate was related to the number of acute exacerbations and smoking history(r1=0.233,r2=0.307,p1<0.05,p2<0.05).The NEU of the study group decreased before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differencesin WBC,CRP and ESR between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).In the study group,40 cases of lung function were completed twice, the completion rate was 70.2%,and 19 cases of lung function were completed in the control group, the completion rate was 39.6%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FEV1/FVC% and FEV1% pred between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).The CAT score(9.86±3.15)of the study group was lower than that of the previous(12.95±4.08),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference of mMRC score was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The compliance rate of the study group was 89.5%,and the compliance rate of the control group was70.8%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in oxygen compliance between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the survival between the study group and the control group during the observation period(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through the implementation of the “Red Scarf Care Action” for patients with stable COPD in our hospital,it has changed the bad life behavior of patients smoking, improved the quality of life and improved treatment compliance. The “Red Scarf Care Action” carried out by our hospital is of great significance for the treatment of patients with stable COPD.
