Expression Of HMGB1 And TREM-1 In Gingival Crevicular Fluid And Serum Of Patients With Chronic Periodontitis

Objective:This study explores HMGB1 and TREM-1 in patients with chronic periodontitis gingival sulcus fluid was compared with the expression level in serum,and the relationship with the severity of periodontitis,determine the biochemical detection of periodontal disease,inflammatory factors and sample liquid expectations through further research,to the patients' own test method,the severity of periodontal disease,reach the role of periodontal disease prevention and control,in order to detect the pathogenesis of periodontitis,biochemical index,disease prevention,treatment principles provide a new way of thinking.Method:62 patients with chronic periodontitis who visited the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.According to the latest grading standards of chronic periodontitis,they were divided into mild group(38 cases),moderate and severe group(24 cases),and 30 healthy subjects(30 cases)were selected as the control group during the same period.Inspection list gingival sulcus fluid and serum HMGB1 observation indexes,TREM-1 and the inflammation factor of chronic periodontitis IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-?,IFN-gamma,analysis of HMGB1 and TREM-1,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-?,IFN-gamma in the control group,the expression level in patients with light,the relation between group and its expression in gingival sulcus fluid and serum level difference,inspection HMGB1,TREM-1 and IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,the correlation of TNF-?,IFN-gamma Result:In gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)and serum,the expression of HMGB1,TREM-1,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-? and IFN-? in patients with chronic periodontitis was significantly different between the control group and the mild,moderate and severe groups(P < 0.05).The expression of HMGB1,TREM-1,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-? and IFN-? in gingival crevicular fluid in mild,moderate and severe group was higher than that in serum(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Correlation test results,HMGB1,TREM-1 and IL-6,IL-8,TNF There was a positive correlation between IFN-? and IL-10(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion:The results of this study showed that the expression levels of HMGB1 and trem-1 in gingival crevular fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis were higher than those in serum,and the expression levels of HMGB1 and trem-1 were statistically different in patients with mild,moderate and severe periodontitis.In light,the gingival sulcus liquid HMGB1,moderately severe periodontal disease patients with periodontitis TREM-1 the specific inflammatory cytokines IL-6,IL 8,IL-10,TNF-?,IFN-gamma correlation,presumably,HMGB1 can assist with TREM-1 periodontitis diagnosis,to judge the severity of chronic periodontitis,guide the prevention and treatment of chronic periodontitis has a certain reference value.
