| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the effectiveness of Shenhong Tongluo granule in TCM symptoms,angina pectoris symptoms,incidence of AMI,heart failure and hs-CRP by applying Shenhong Tongluo granule to treat patients with ACS under the guidance of the theory of suppressing evil.Methods: From January 2018 to February 2019,patients from outpatient follow-up and hospitalization in affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subject of this study.The base number was 60,one group was Shenhong Tongluo granule group,the other group was placebo group,30 persons in each group were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria.The experimental group was treated with Shenhong Tongluo granules on the basis of western medicine.The test group was treated with 100 ml warm boiling water twice a day.The control group was treated with placebo on the basis of routine treatment of the same western medicine,which was used the same way as above.The course of treatment was 1 month.Comparison of two groups of patients after 1 month of treatment: sudden death,heart failure,new onset The probability of events,symptoms of angina pectoris,changes of TCM syndrome,changes of ECG before and after treatment,and changes of serum hs-CRP level.SPSS19.0 was used to analyze and calculate the clinical information of the patients who had been collected and recorded.Results:1、TCM symptoms: the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 90.0% and 60.0%,respectively.The effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 86.67% and 66.67%,respectively.After rank sum test,chest pain and chest tightness before and after treatment were statistically significant.In the TCM secondary syndrome,after treatment,the rank sum test,mouth viscosity and fatigue,abdominal distension,three symptoms have significant statistical significance compared with the two groups.There was no significant difference in obesity between the two groups.And aftertreatment,the mouth stick,burnout,abdominal distension After rank sum test,the above symptoms could be improved in the four sub-groups of obesity and fullness,and the results of rank sum test showed that the two methods could improve the symptoms mentioned above.2、The effective rates of angina pectoris symptom were 60.00% and 80.00% at 2 and 4weeks in the experimental group,23.33% and 43.33% in the control group at 2 and 4 weeks,respectively.The effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were compared with those of the control group,and that of the control group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).It can be proved that the effect of the experimental group on relieving angina pectoris symptom is better than that of the control group.3、Comparison of malignant cardiovascular events: there was no significant difference in sudden death rate,heart failure rate and new myocardial infarction rate between the two groups,but there was significant difference in the revascularization rate between the two groups in relation to the need for revascularization in patients with myocardial infarction.4、ECG changes: the effective rates of the treatment group were 50.00% and 63.33% at the 2nd and 4th week,and 46.67% and 50.00% for the control group at the 2nd and 4th week,respectively.The results showed that the effective rates of the two groups were similar to those of the two groups.5、Hs-CRP level comparison: after one month of treatment,the hs-CRP levels of the experimental group and the control group were 13.14 ±3.84 and 15.26 ±3.36,respectively.Compared with those of the control group,the hs-CRP level of the experimental group was more affected by the treatment group than that of the control group.Conclusion:The symptoms,symptoms and angina symptoms of patients with acute coronary syndrome can be improved by Shenhong Tongluo granule.In addition,the application of Shenhong Tongluo granule can also control the degree of hs-CRP.And effective prevention of malignant cardiovascular events. |
