ObjectiveThrough the investigation of the nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,to understand the nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure;to explore the factors affecting the nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,to provide recommendations for improving the nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods328 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Department of Geriatrics and Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January to February 2018,2017 were divided into three groups according to the Mini Nutrition Assessment Simplified Table(MNA-SF).Including: malnutrition group(164 cases),nutritional risk group(124 cases)and normal nutritional status group(40 cases),analyzing demographic characteristics of three groups of patients;by measuring Zung's Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS),daily living ability assessment scale(ADL)and simple intelligent mental state examination scale(MMSE)scores and patients with malnutrition, nutritional risk and nutritional status were statistically analyzed, and the depression and daily life of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were obtained. The relationship between living ability, cognitive ability and nutritional status.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of data, the number of used data and percentage(%)were used;the measurement data of normal distribution was expressed by mean ± standard deviation;the comparison between the three groups was tested by variance F test, and the comparison between groups was used.LSD-t method;the chi-square test was used to compare the data between the groups;the relationship between the statistically significant MNA-SF and the subjective score was analyzed by Pearson correlation, and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results1.According to the MNA-SF score,340(50%)of the 328 elderly patients with chronic heart failure had malnutrition,124(37.8%)had potential nutritional risk, and 40(12.8%)had normal nutrition.%)name.There were significant differences in gender, age, marital status and cardiac function between the elderly patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the etiology, education level and occupational category(P>0.05).2.According to the Pearson correlation analysis between MNA-SF score and ADL,MMSE and SDS,MNA-SF was significantly negatively correlated with SDS and ADL,and positively correlated with MMSE.Conclusions1.Status indicates that malnutrition and nutritional risk have a higher incidence in elderly patients with chronic heart failure;the nutritional status of patients with chronic heart failure is affected by gender, age, marital status, and cardiac function grading.2.The nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure is related to the patient's psychological status, daily living ability and cognitive ability. The more severe the depression, the worse the nutritional status of the patient;the higher the daily living ability and cognitive ability, the better the nutritional status of the patient.3,Medical and health institutions should pay attention to the screening of nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, early detection of early intervention, and combined with nutrition-related factors to develop practical and feasible interventions for patients.
