Clinical Observation The Treatment Of Ascites Due To Cirrhosis With Stagnation Of Qi And Stagnation Of Water By Promoting Qi,Promoting Water And Eliminating Swelling

Objective:To select 60 patients with ascites due to cirrhosis due to stagnation of Qi and stagnation of water in the Department of Liver,Gallbladder,Spleen and Stomach,Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.To observe the clinical effect of Qi-promoting,water-diversifying and distension-eliminating therapy on ascites due to cirrhosis with stagnation of Qi and water.By comparing the liver function,portal vein diameter,spleen size,ascites volume and urine volume before and after treatment,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites were discussed.At the same time,the effectiveness and safety of this study were discussed.In order to improve the quality of life of patients with cirrhosis ascites by better methods.Methods:The cases were selected as patients who met the diagnostic criteria of ascites due to liver cirrhosis in Western medicine,and met the criteria of stagnation of Qi and stagnation of water in traditional Chinese medicine.Sixty patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the principle of randomized control.Cancerous ascites and bloody ascites were excluded in both groups.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,including liver protection,enzymatic lowering,yellowing,nutritional support,diuresis,prevention of complications and other treatments,while the treatment group on the basis of the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction with Qi,diuresis and distention as the basic treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The symptoms,signs and laboratory indicators of the patients were observed,and adverse reactions were recorded.The total effective rate,total symptom score,liver function,abdominal circumference,weight,urine volume,portal vein diameter and spleen thickness were evaluated before and after treatment.Result:1.Both groups were effective.The total clinical effective rates of the treat ment group and the control group were 80.00% and 63.33%,respectively.It can be seen that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The two groups had statistical significance in improving the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treat ment(P < 0.05),and the treat ment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).3.Both groups had statistical significance in improving liver function before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of liver function in the control group was less than that in the treat ment group.4.There were significant differences in abdominal circumference,weight and 24-hour urine volume between the treatment group and the control group after treatment.The treatment group(P<0.01)and the control group(P<0.05)showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving abdominal circumference,weight and 24-hour urine volume.5.There was no significant difference in the diameter of portal vein and spleen thickness between the two groups before and after treat ment(P > 0.05).The results showed that the treatment group and the control group had no obvious effect on alleviating portal hypertension and reducing spleen.Conclusion:Both the treatment group and the control group play an i mportant role in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites,but the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group during the study period,and there are no adverse events during the clinical experi ment.Therefore,the method of promoting qi,promoting water and eli minating swelling is one of the effective ways to treat cirrhotic ascites with stagnation of Qi and stagnation of water.
