Part one: Analyse Predictive Factors of RILI in Patients with Esophageal CancerObjective: To predict the factors of Radiation-induced Lung Injury(RILI)in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: 265 cases with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital between from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects,All patients were treated with SBRT,and all patients underwent pulmonary function examination before treatment,HRCT was performed to follow up the occurrence of RILI,to predict the factors of RILI.Results: The P values of age, total dose,V20,smoking amount and GOLD grading factors were all < 0.05,while gender, surgical history, tumor stage and site, and CTV factor P values were all > 0.05.Conclusion: Age,total dose,V20,smoking volume and GOLD grade were correlated with RILI above grade 1.Part two:Study on the Correlation Between RILI And COPD in Patients with Esophageal CancerObjective: To Study on the correlation between RILI and COPD in Patients with esophageal cancer,to provide evidence for the implementation of radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: 265 cases with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital between from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects,All patients were treated with SBRT,and all patients underwent pulmonary function examination before treatment,HRCT was performed to follow up the occurrence of RILI,to study on the correlation between RILI and COPD and pack-year scales in patients with esophageal cancer. Results: The incidence rates of RILI at levels 0,1,2,3,4 and 5 were 102(38.5%),101(38,1%),47(17.7%),14(5.3%),1(0.4%)and 0(0%),12 patients with interstitial lung disease,9 patients appeared RILI of grade 3 or above. Conclusion: RILI in patients with more severe COPD was milder than in patients with normal lung function and with milder COPD.Patients with interstitial lung disease were more likely to suffer from radiation lung injury above grade 3.
