According to the interpretation of the World Health Organization, health not only refers to whether a person's body is sick or weak, but also refers to a person's physical, psychological and social integrity, which is a relatively complete scientific concept of health in modern times. In recent years, more and more studies have been carried out on the influencing factors of residents'health. The reason is that with the improvement of comprehensive strength, social and economic status and disposable income of residents, more and more residents pay more attention to their own health in terms of material and spiritual pursuit.According to Zhao Jianguo and Chen Liang's research, the Gini coefficient of our country has surpassed the warning line of 0.4 since 2000,and in the last three years, the Gini coefficient is increasing year by year from 0.462 in 2015 to 0.467 in 2017,indicating that the income gap in our country is widening again, and the gap between rich and poor is also increasing. With the expansion of more and more studies on health factors, more and more scholars have found that health is closely related to relative income,i.e.income gap.In addition,it is also related to Grossman model influencing factors such as gender, medical level, living habits, age and so on.Based on the CFPS data of 2016 and SPSS and STATA software, this paper systematically analyzed the impact of income on residents'health status from the perspective of urban and rural areas by using Logistic model, and drew the following conclusions:Empirical analysis shows that there is a positive but not significant correlation between residents'health status and income,a highly significant negative correlation between residents' health status and income gap,and a significant negative impact on the interaction between them. What we need to do is to improve residents'income gap, promote the rational and equal distribution of social resources, promote the construction of healthy China, further improve residents' health level and create"health".Kang China 2030 ".Based on the impact of income on the health status of residents, the health status of residents in China is also affected by many factors, including gender, age, type of work, drinking status, health insurance status and social capital. This paper discusses the relationship between income and health from two aspects:urban and rural areas. On the whole, the comprehensive health status of urban residents is better than that of rural areas.Comparing the samples of urban and rural areas,it can be seen that the impact of income level on the health status of urban and rural residents is different. In urban areas, the impact of relative income on the health of residents is mainly due to the impact of relative income, and absolute personal income on health is not obvious.Sexual impact, rural is due to absolute income and relative income together affect the health of residents. And put forward the following suggestions:from the perspective of income gap:improve urban and rural income distribution system, enhance residents'income;from the medical perspective:improve the medical distribution system, increase the propaganda of medical insurance policy, improve the awareness of universal participation in insurance;from the perspective of social capital:improve the social public service and social security system;from the health perspective:build a healthy road in-depth and promotion;from the perspective of labor; From the perspective of nature:increase the planning of agricultural development and occupation.
