| Objective:To collect information on HIV antibody and Treponema pallidum antibody in outpatients and inpatients of First Hospital of Jilin University,and to find out the basic information such as gender,age,occupation,education level and mode of transmission of AIDS/syphilis patients for the first time.The infection status of AIDS and syphilis and the infection characteristics of the infected people of these two types of diseases suggest that the clinical work should promptly detect AIDS antibodies and Treponema pallidum antibodies,and strive for more time for further treatment for the prevention and control of AIDS and syphilis.Work provides favorable data.Methods:This study selected outpatients and hospitalized patients who were tested for HIV antibody or Treponema pallidum at the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2011 to December 2016(the patients who tested AIDS antibodies and Treponema pallidum in outpatient clinics were 57,286 respectively).There were 65,939 people;489,935 and 507,372 patients were tested for AIDS antibody and Treponema pallidum.The HIV antibody and Treponema pallidum antibody were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and Treponema pallidum gelatin agglutination test(TPPA).Results and Conclusions:First,In 2011-2016,the AIDS infection rate of outpatients decreased from 1.25% in 2011 to 1.04% in 2016;the AIDS infection rate of inpatients increased from 0.08% in 2011 to 0.13% in 2016.The average HIV infection rate of inpatients in 2011-2016 was 0.11%,slightly higher than the national average estimated infection level,and lower than the low HIV infection rate in Changchun.In this study,the age of infected people was mainly concentrated in 21 to 30 years old.The proportion of males and females infected was 10.8:1,and male cases were significantly more than females.Among the patients who were diagnosed with AIDS for the first time,sexual transmission was the main route of transmission,and the proportion of heterosexual behaviors was large,accounting for 79.31%.The educational level of infected people was mainly junior high school education,accounting for 41.38%;occupations were unemployed and Farmers dominated,accounting for 40.23% and 28.74% respectively.Second,In 2011-2016,the infection rate of syphilis in outpatients decreased from 28.21% in 2011 to 14.32% in 2016;the infection rate of syphilis in hospitalized patients did not change significantly,fluctuating around 1.58%;the proportion of male to female patients infected with syphilis Close to 1:1,the age is mainly concentrated in 21 to 30 years old.Among the patients who were diagnosed with syphilis for the first time,the occupation of syphilis was mainly concentrated in farmers,accounting for 26.93%.And from the proportion of different stages of syphilis reported cases,the number of newly infected patients with syphilis decreased,the proportion of stage I syphilis decreased from 12.32% in 2011 to 7.36% in 2016,the proportion of stage II syphilis from 2011 38.04% fell to 24.75% in 2016,while the proportion of recessive syphilis increased from 28.62% in 2011 to 43.13% in 2016.Because recessive syphilis has no clinical symptoms,but it is contagious,it still needs our attention. |
