Climacteric women usually have some obvious symptoms of mental state fluctuations,they often show serious anxiety symptoms,it has a serious impact on daily life and family harmony,improving the anxiety of climacteric women is the key point of menopausal women's health care measures.The 24 way Taijiquan may be an effective means of exercise intervention for menopausal women,but its effect on improving the anxiety of menopause is still to be tested.This research adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,recruited 60 perimenopausal women that in the Dayu community of Kuiwei District,Weifang,divided into exercise group and observation group,among them,the exercise group lasted for 12 weeks,3 times a week,24 hour Tai Chi exercise 1 hours each time,the observation group did not participate in other system sports activities except basic housework and normal work.Before and after the experiment,the subjects of the two groups were investigated with the improved Kupperman Self-Rating Scale and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),understand their climacteric symptoms and anxiety changes.By analyzing the influence of the 24 Style Taijiquan on the anxiety of climacteric women,for climacteric women to explore a suitable way of exercise,effectively improve anxiety and improve their physical and mental health.Through the study,we get the following basic results:1.Before the experiment,the total score of climacteric symptoms and 13 symptoms in the exercise group and the observation group were basically at the same level;after the experiment,the total score of climacteric symptoms in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and there was a very significant difference(P The total symptoms and 10 symptoms were significantly improved,and were significantly higher than those in the observation group.2.Before the experiment,the standard scores of anxiety in the exercise group and the observation group were basically at the same level,all of them were mild anxiety;after the experiment,the standard scores of anxiety in the exercise group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,and there was a very significant difference(P<0.001).The test in the group showed that the improvement rate in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the observation group.3.On the whole,the level of climacteric symptoms,many climacteric symptoms and their anxiety of the exercise group who participated in Taijiquan exercises have been effectively and significantly improved.Through the above results,we can get the following conclusions:Long term systematic 24 Style Taijiquan can improve menopausal symptoms and anxiety in women.
