Multivariate Analysis Of The Effect Of Bismuth Containing Quadruple Therapy On Helicobacter Pylori Eradication

Objective: There are many factors affecting the eradication effect of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori).The purpose of this study is to explore the relevant factors affecting the first eradication effect of H.pylori by bismuth-containing quadruple therapy,and to provide theoretical basis for formulating individualized H.pylori eradication program and improving the eradication effect of H.pylori in clinical treatment.Methods: The patients diagnosed as H.pylori infection and treated with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy were investigated and followed up.The relationship between the eradication effect of H.pylori and patients' gender,age,nationality,body mass index(BMI),smoking history,drinking history,lesion location,drug compliance,antibiotic combination in eradication program and types of proton pump inhibitors(PPI)in eradication program was retrospectively analyzed.Pearson ? 2 test or Fisher exact test were used in univariate analysis.Statistically significant factors in univariate analysis were included in multivariate analysis.Unconditional logistic regression analysis of binary response variables was used for multivariate analysis.Results:Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in sex,drug compliance,antibiotic combination in eradication program,PPI type in eradication program between successful group and failed group of H.pylori eradication with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy for the first time.Multivariate analysis showed that gender,drug compliance and antibiotic combination in the eradication program were independent factors affecting the first eradication of H.pylori by bismuth-containing quadruple therapy.Conclusion:Gender,compliance and combination of antibiotics in the eradication program were independent factors affecting the first eradication of H.pylori by bismuth-containing tetralogy therapy.Male patients and good compliance were protective factors for the first eradication of H.pylori by bismuth-containing tetralogy therapy.In this study,the eradication effect of amoxicillin combined with tetracycline bismuth-containing tetralogy therapy was better than that of other antibiotics.Combination scheme.
