Objective: To explore the correlation between endometriosis and endometrial lesions.Methods: The clinical data of 203 patients with endometriosis hospitalized in the Department of Gynecology,Minda Hospital of Hubei Minzu University from December 2015 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The endometrial lesions of EMT patients were analyzed with their age,clinical symptoms(infertility,menstrual abnormalities),clinical stages(I,II,III,IV),lesion location(peritoneal type,ovarian type).Results:1,endometriosis is common in women aged 25-34;endometriosis in patients with endometriosis is mainly in the age of 35-55 years;patients with endometriosis develop endometrial lesions Accounted for 31%,of which endometrial polyps were the most common in endometrial lesions,accounting for 86%.2.Endometrial lesions and infertility in patients with endometriosis were statistically significant(P<0.05).Endometrial lesions and menstrual abnormalities in patients with endometriosis were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in endometrial lesions between patients with endometriosis and menstrual abnormalities mainly due to infertility symptoms(P>0.05);abnormal menstrual symptoms were mainly endometriosis.The difference of endometrial lesions between patients with asymptomatic endometriosis was statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptoms of infertility were mainly endometriosis and asymptomatic endometriosis The incidence of endometrial lesions in patients with symptoms,the difference was also statistically significant(P <0.05).4,endometrial lesions in patients with endometriosis compared with their age,lesions,clinical stage,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1,endometriosis patients with endometrial lesions accounted for 31%,endometriosis patients with endometrial polyps,endometrial simple hyperplasia,endometrial complex hyperplasia and other pathology Change;2,endometrial lesions in patients with endometriosis are associated with infertility,menstrual abnormalities;3,endometriosis patients with clinical symptoms are closely related to endometrial lesions;4,There was no significant correlation between the occurrence of endometrial lesions in patients with different diseases and the age,clinical stage and lesions of patients.
