With the progress of science technology and improvement of industrial automatio n,the processing and manufacture of medical rehabilitation equipment is also gra-dual ly upgraded.The prosthetic limb manufacturing,as a substitute for human function,was still using the traditional manual operation to made.It putted a lot of burden on both the patient and the doctor.The application of automatic measurement and automa tic processing technology in the production and manufacture of prosthetic limbs is bo und to become the development trend in the future.The research on automatic proce ssing technology of prosthetic limbs in China was still in the laboratory development stages.In this paper,the problem of shape data acquisition and modeling of patient l imb stump in the process of prosthetic limb manufacturing was studied.the model da ta acquisition measuring instrument and three-mode model measurement conversion so ftware was designed,and the key technologies and methods was studied.The main c ontents of this paper are as follows:(1)the design and development of human topog raphy measuring instrument,using the existing three-dimensional scanning equipment,a measurement platform for controlling the motion trajectory of the scanner was desi gned,and the key components are selected and designed.(2)according to the storage characteristics of STL model files,a redundant data filtering algorithm based on glo bal hash was proposed,which improved the efficiency of data filtering,and used half-side data structure to created the topological relationship of the model.(3)the hierarc hical algorithm of the model was studied,and a group hierarchical algorithm based o n annular patch sequence was proposed by using the established topological relationsh ip.Through this algorithm,the retrieval time of layered patches can be reduced.The h ierarchical intersection lines obtained by this algorithm do not need to be sorted,and can be connected directly according to the topological relationship to improve the ef ficiency of stratification.(4)the above algorithm is realized by programming with co mputer,and the software of human prosthetic limb shape acquisition and model recon struction was developed.the layered results were used for model reconstruction and r esidual limb size measurement,and the software is used to display them.Model data can be used for subsequent automated manufacturing and doctor's treatment guidance.
