The Analysis And Research Of Parkinson's Tremor Signal

Parkinson's disease is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system and affects the daily life of patients seriously.The current diagnosis and evaluation of Parkinson's disease depends mainly on doctors.And an important clinical feature of Parkinson's disease is rest tremor,which is also the focus of the thesis.This paper firstly designed a tremor acquisition device,including the sensor MPU6050,the microcontroller Arduino and the Kalman filtering algorithm.The microcontroller obtains the three-axis acceleration data in the sensor through the IIC bus,and then saves the data in the computer through serial communication.We collected the hand acceleration data of five normal people by the device.After collecting the data,the Kalman filtering is adopted to reduce noise.This paper verified the accuracy of the acquisition device by a motor.In the processing and analysis of Parkinson's tremor signal,the mean square root of triaxial acceleration is used as the analysis object,and the amplitude of tremor is used to judge whether Parkinson happens.This paper introduces three PD tremor characteristics and their calculation methods.And the characteristic of tremor stability index is an innovative application in the evaluation of disease severity.We extracts these features from the data and draw the feature distribution,then determine whether those feature can be used to evaluate the disease.The classification model is then established by using the decision tree and the naive Bayesian model implemented the classification in small data sets.After that,this paper also designed experiments to apply the previous research results to rat PD tremor data,to achieve automatic recognition of PD tremor signals in rats,and to provide a method for determining the presence of PD tremor signals in rats.This article takes Parkinson's tremor as the research object,and studies the methods that can diagnosis Parkinson's disease and assess the condition.It provides a reference value for others to study Parkinson's tremor,and also gives some intuitive understanding of Parkinson's disease.
