Clinical Observation On Shengmai Guanxin Recipe In Treating Chronic Stable Angina With The Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Purposes:This topic takes Professor Luo Quan's “strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogens and regulating qi and blood” as the guiding ideology,and observes the effect of Shengmai Guanxin Recipe on symptoms of TCM,angina pectoris,nitroglycerin cessation rate,ECG changes,blood lipids,blood glucose,and blood rheology of patients with Chronic stable angina of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome in order to observe the efficacy and safety of Shengmai Guanxin Recipe in the treatment of Chronic stable angina.Methods:A total of 72 patients with Chronic stable angina of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome were enrolled in the First Ward of Senile Disease Department and Ocardiology Department of Yunnan Provincial Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into 36 cases of treatment group and 36 cases of control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Shengmai Guanxin Recipe on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,angina scores,nitroglycerin dosage,ECG changes,blood lipids,blood glucose,plasma viscosity,blood routine,stool and urine routine,and liver and kidney function levels of cases in two groups were monitored and recorded before and after the treatment.Results:A total of 65 cases were finally completed.In reducing the chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigued spirit and lack of strength and dim complexion and cyanotic lips scores,the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In reducing palpitations and insomnia multiple dream scores,the difference between the two groups was notsignificant(P>0.05).In reducing the degree of angina,number of episodes,duration of angina and nitroglycerin dosage scores,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the effective rate of the treatment group was 84.85%,and the effective rate of the control group was 62.50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the efficacy of angina pectoris,the effective rate was 87.88% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of electrocardiogram was 72.73% in the treatment group,and the effective rate of electrocardiogram was 68.75% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the nitroglycerin arrest rate,the effective rate of the treatment group was 84.84%,and the effective rate of the control group was 59.37%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,and fasting blood glucose(P>0.05).In the plasma viscosity index,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the blood routine,stool and urine routine,the liver and kidney function indicators,the results of the two groups before and after treatment were within the normal range.Conclusion:Shengmai Guanxin Recipe can improve chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigued spirit and lack of strength and dim complexion and cyanotic lips symptoms in patients with Chronic stable angina of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,and can reduce the number of angina attacks,shorten the duration of chest pain,relieve degree of chest pain,increase nitroglycerin arrest rate,reduce blood viscosity,and play an anti-angina effect.In addition,Shengmai Guanxin Recipe is safe and has no toxic side effects.
