| Objective: To observe the effect of "wumei pill " on SLE with oral ulcer through prospective,randomized and controlled clinical study on clinical cases.Method: The cases of this study are all from wuhan hospital of traditional chinese and western medicine from september 2017 to march 2019 outpatient diagnosis in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)with oral ulcer,choice conforms to the diagnostic standard of 81 cases of patients,randomly divided into two groups of wumei pill(wumei pill + aureomycin glycerol + clean mouth net)41 cases,control group(aureomycin glycerol + clean mouth net)40 cases,at the end of the observation,6 patients were shed,with a shedding rate of 7.4%.A total of 3 patients were found to have SLE disease activity and need to adjust drug use during the observation period,and a total of 72 patients were confirmed to have systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with oral ulcer after exclusion.There were 36 cases in the wumei pill group and 36 cases in the control group,treatment of 4 weeks,follow-up for half a year,to observe and record the related indexes and the recurrence rate,and finally to perform statistical analysis.All patients received general treatment and symptomatic support treatment.All SLE patients are patients with stable disease control.Long-term low-dose glucocorticoid with immunosuppressive agents can control the disease.The wumei pill group: on the basis of general treatment and symptomatic support treatment,wumei pill was given,1 dose per day,once in the morning and once in the evening,or orally,at the same time,aureomycin glycerin was applied to the affected area,2 times per day,and mouthwash was used twice per day.Control group: on the basis of general treatment and symptomatic support treatment,aureomycin glycerin was applied to the affected area twice a day,and mouthwash was used twice a day.To compare the curative effect of TCM syndromes in each group,the main TCM syndrome points before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate after treatment.Results: In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,there were 36 cases and 33 cases in the wumei pill group,with a total effective rate of 91.67%.The total number of cases in the control group was 36,the total number of effective cases was 28,and the total effective rate was 75%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of some TCM syndrome integral,The TCM syndromes in the wumei pill group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The syndromes in the control group before and after treatment showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05),while the remaining syndromes showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).wumei pill group compared with control group,the main symptoms of ulcer area,seepage area,edema area and a burning sensation was statistically difference(P<0.05),secondary symptoms,insomnia,pale flush or reddish,fear cold,cold extremities,tired fatigue,dry mouth mouth,lumbar debility,dizziness was statistically difference(P<0.05).The 3-month recurrence rate and the half-year recurrence rate of the wumei pill group and the control group were both statistically significant(P<0.05).The results indicated that the therapeutic effect of wumei pill group was significantly better than that of the control group,with lower recurrence rate,higher safety and no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Wumei pill group and control group can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of oral ulcer in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,related symptoms,Wumei pill has obvious advantages over jiekoujing + aureomycin glycerin group in some TCM syndromes,and has obvious advantages in reducing the recurrence rate. |
