Three-dimensional Reconstruction Of Abdominal Organs And Blood Wessels For Gastric Cancer Surgery Guidance Significance

Objective: To analyze and discuss the guidance and clinical significance of three-dimensional reconstruction of abdominal organs and blood vessels in gastric cancer surgery.Methods: The data of gastric cancer patients in Liuzhou Workers' Hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.Both groups underwent a 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scan of the whole abdomen before surgery.The experimental group applied the 3D reconstruction software of abdominal organs developed in cooperation with Guangxi University,performed CT data segmentation and 3D.Reconstruction was used for preoperative planning and intraoperative guidance,while the control group was not subjected to CT data segmentation and 3D reconstruction.Both groupsunderwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,total postoperative drainage,hospital stay,and lymph node dissection were compared between the two groups.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software,and p ? 0.05 was considered statistically different.Result: 66 cases were enrolled in the study,among which 27 cases in the experimental group and 39 cases in the control group.In the subgroup analysis of intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume,the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the other clinical features between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: this study suggests that,through the extraction of abdominal organs and blood vessels,to establish "centered on the pancreas,celiac trunk,portal vein and their branches,the spleen and spleen leaf arteriovenous,three-dimensional images of the pancreas" 3 d model,used for preoperative evaluation of gastric cancer,surgical planning,intraoperative guidance,can reduce intraoperative bleeding amount of injured blood vessels,reducing.
