Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of valgus knee deformity patients after TKA,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of surgical methods in our hospital,and provide reference for the clinical treatment of valgus knee deformity.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 37 patients with 40 valgus knee deformity who were treated with primary TKA in the same treatment group from May 2013 to December 2018,Including 7 males and 30 females;22 right knees,12 left knees and 3 bilateral knees;according to Keblish classification,14 knees were mild(7°<FTA<15°),24 knees were moderate(15°<FTA<30°)and 2knees were severe(FTA>30°);OA 34 knees,RA 2 knees,TA 3 knees,AS 1;PS prosthesis 35 knees,LCCK prosthesis 5 knees.average age 65.49±10.13 years,average BMI 25.11±3.56 kg/m~2;,average follow-up time 29.77±21.26 months;according to preoperative and postoperative follow-up data of 1,3,6,12 months and then every year;HSS score,ROM and FTA were used to evaluate preoperative and postoperative clinical efficacy.Results:37 patients underwent TKA with satisfactory anesthesia and operation.The average operation time was 125.32±34.71 min.All patients were followed up after operation without lost or died.One patient had poor wound healing after debridement and wound dressing change,the wound healed well.One patient had fat liquefaction after operation,and the wound healed well after strengthening dressing change.One patient had poor drainage after operation and recovered well after wound incision and replacement of drainage tube.There were 3 cases DVT happened and without complications such as hypoplastic pneumonia,hemorrhagic anemia,acute or chronic organ failure.No periprosthetic infection,loosening of prosthesis,periprosthetic fracture and dislocation of knee occurred during the last follow-up.The HSS score,ROM and FTA before and after operation were all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Through good preoperative physical examination and full-field interpretation of lower extremity film for patients with valgus knee deformity,Correct and individualized osteotomy and tissue balance.Correct prosthesis,good patellar trajectory,caution complications.Early and mid-term clinical effects of TKA for valgus knee deformity were satisfactory. |
