The impacted maxillary central incisor can cause the loss of dentition space, the ectopic of buried teeth and adjacent teeth, the odontogenic cyst of jaw bone, the compressed absorption of the root of buried and adjacent teeth, the ectopic eruption of permanent teeth, and so on.Occlusal function and maxillofacial beauty,It is very important for patients to obtain complete permanent teeth and to establish good occlusion and masticatory function.Surgery is often mentioned in the previous literature. After extraction, denture restoration,Nowadays, scholars at home and abroad pay more and more attention to the preservation of anterior impacted teeth. Objective:to investigate the etiology of impacted anterior teeth and the clinical application of closed traction with active orthodontics in the treatment of impacted upper anterior teeth. The pulp blood flow of the maxillary labial impacted incisor with closed traction was monitored by Doppler pulp blood flow monitor and compared with that of the contralateral spontaneous eruption of the same name teeth to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Methods:from July 2015 to December 2017,72 patients who were admitted to the Department of Children's Stomatology,Jinan Stomatology Hospital, were randomly selected for traction correction because of ambustic impacted upper teeth. The sex, age, etiology, tooth position of 72 patients were analyzed. The information of impacted direction, root development stage, root curvature and so on were statistically analyzed. The pulp blood flow of 40 maxillary central incisors was evaluated by laser Doppler blood flow monitor. The inverted impacted teeth with closed traction were set up as traction group, and the contralateral spontaneous eruption teeth of the same name were used as control group. Results:A total of 72 children(male:female,4:3)with impacted anterior teeth had a peak incidence of 7-9 years old.A total of 86 teeth, including 60 maxillary central incisors(70%)?second maxillary canine 23%?67%of the 60 central incisors were labial inverted, followed by 17%vertical impaction.Dental caries were found in 39%of the 60 children with maxillary central incisor, followed by odontoma/supernumerary teeth(25%).All 40 maxillary central incisors with lip inversion were treated with movable appliance and closed traction. The average treatment time was 7months,the shortest was 3 months, and the longest was 12months.The SPSS statistical analysis showed that the maxillary central teeth of traction eruption had no significant difference in PU,TB,CMBC and V(p<0.01).Conclusion:?The ambush impacted anterior teeth occurred in the replacement stage, and the labial inversion of the maxillary central incisor was the most common, which was closely related to the caries, multiple teeth and odontoma in the primary teeth of the upper maxillary central incisor, but there was no obvious difference between the sexes.?Closed traction orthodontics can simulate the spontaneous eruption of teeth, and there is no significant difference compared with the spontaneous eruption of teeth with the same name.
