| Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of PET-CT(Positron emission tomography-Computed tomography)in lymph node Metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)by statistical analysis of Meta analysis. Methods:Firstly,English and Chinese search site search, including Pub Med,Embase Cochrane Library and CNKI,and combined with manual retrieval, access to relevant literature comprehensive study on PET-CT diagnosis of lymph node Metastasis in NSCLC,published date selection for 2000-2017 years. Then by two researchers began to develop in strict accordance with the(Reference resources Cochrane Library)in the literatures were screened and the exclusion criteria, and extracted the relevant information, including TP,TN,FP,FN,PLR,NLR,according to the quality evaluation of diagnostic accuracy studies(Quality assessment of diagnostic,QUADAS)tools to evaluate the quality of literature. Then using Meta analysis software(this is Meta-Disc1.4 and Stata 12.0)carries on the analysis, after the need to calculate the combined sensitivity in the software(SEN),specificity(SPE),positive likelihood ratio(+LR),negative likelihood ratio(-LR),diagnostic odds ratio(DOR).Draw the curve(SROC),and calculate the area under the curve(AUR),respectively, for a series of heterogeneity test. Results:A total of 26 studies were included in the literature. The results showed that the sensitivity 0.65(95%CI 0.62-0.67),the specificity 0.95(95%CI 0.94-0.95),and the area under SROC were 0.8902.Conclusion:Comparing the results of PET-CT examination with the gold standard,it is concluded that the diagnosis of lymph node Metastasis of lung cancer is of high specificity and accuracy, and it can be used as one of the main diagnostic methods for lymph node Metastasis of lung cancer. |
