| Objective By understanding the status of quality of life of lactating women infected with hepatitis B virus,the quality of life and individual differences in each dimension were analyzed,and the related factors affecting the quality of life of women during lactation and lactation were discussed.Methods A cross-sectional survey study method was used to investigate a total of 106 hepatitis B lactating women who met the inclusion criteria at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 1,2017 to January 31,2018.Questionnaires were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,HBVOL,Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)and Social Support Scale(SSRS).Data were sorted using SPSS22.0 statistical software,and statistical analysis was performed using descriptive statistics,t-test,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regressions.Results 1.Total scores of quality of life for hepatitis b lactation women was 1708.9 ±328.9,scores in all dimensions: total score of mental condition dimension 401.4±91.7;total score of expected anxiety was 322.2±87.7;total score of vitality was 209.5±45.3;total score of sickness was 320.4±66.5;total score of healthy vulnerability was 171.4±39.3;The total score of sex was 111.6±25.1;the total score of viral reaction was 172.3±41.5;2.The age of women with hepatitis B lactation was positively correlated with their psychological status and viral response dimension,and their correlation coefficients were 0.268 and 0.223.3.Subjective support,objective support,and support utilization are positively correlated with each dimension of quality of life.4.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of psychological status included age,annual income,family conditions satisfaction,couple sentiment,objective support and support availability,which could explain 48.5% of the total variance.The anticipated anxiety effects were city,good health,lactation period,breast-feeding,breast-feeding infection,couple’s feelings,subjective support and support availability,which could explain 42.1% of the total variance.Influencing factors of stigma included city,annual income,sex of newborn(male infant),lactation period,couple sentiment and support availability,which could explain 37.5% of the total variation.Influencing factors of health vulnerability included city,personality traits(extroversion),lactation period,personal caregivers and objective support,which could explain 22.8% of the total variation.The influencing factors of infectivity are annual income,satisfaction of family condition,good couple sentiment,relationship with parents-in-law and objective support,which can explain 42.7% of the total variation.The influencing factors of viral response were age,personality traits(extroversion),natural childbirth,lactation period,,breastfeeding,couple sentiment and support availability,which could explain 45.3% of the total variation.Factors influencing the quality of life of hepatitis b lactating women include age,annual income,lactation period,breastfeeding,good relationship between husband and wife,objective support and support utilization,which can explain 53.5% of the total variation of quality of life.Conclusion 1.The results of this study show that women with hepatitis B lactation have poor quality of life and are susceptible to fatigue.Some of them have anxiety and depression.They are more worried about transmitting hepatitis B to their offspring and partners.2.The quality of life of breast-feeding women who choose breast-feeding is better than the women with other feeding methods.3.The higher the family and social support,the better the quality of life of women who are breast-feeding.4.The quality of life of hepatitis b lactating women may be related to factors such as age,annual income,lactation period,feeding mode,feelings between husband and wife,objective support and support utilization. |
