Maiqi Hypoglycemic Tablets Orally Combined Life Methods To Manage Impaired Glucose Regulation Intervention Study

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Maiqi hypoglycemic tablets in treating qi and yin deficiency and phlegm-dried glycosides in impaired glucose regulation.MethodsThis study will be incorporated into the standard by 68 patients randomized controlled trials are divided into the treatment group(group B,Maiqi hypoglycemic tablets orally and joint lifestyle intervention),34 cases in the control group(group A,simple lifestyle intervention)34 cases.After 3 months intervention,intervention by monitoring 2 groups of patients before and after the body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycohemoglobin,fasting insulin,2 h postprandial insulin and TCM syndrome integral index to evaluate the efficacy of treatment.ResultsA total of 68 patients with impaired glucose regulation were included in this study and were randomly divided into a treatment group of 34 patients and a control group of 34 patients.A total of 62 patients were completed and 6 patients were lost.Before intervention,gender,age,weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,FPG,HbAlc,FINS,2hINS,TCM symptom scores(excluding 2hPG)were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05),with comparability between groups.After the intervention,the treatment group(B group)can significantly improve the BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,2hPG,FINS,2hINS,and the fatigue of upset and irritability,dry mouth and more drink,constipation and fatigue;the control group(A Group)can improve the patient's waist,hip circumference and the fatigue of upset and irritability,dry mouth and more drink,constipation,hot flashes and night sweats points.The difference in BMI,waist circumference difference,WHR difference,HbAlc difference,FPG difference,and 2hPG difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both interventions had an intervention effect on patients with impaired glucose regulation.The treatment group(B group)was significantly better than the control group(A group)in terms of physical and chemical indicators and symptom improvement in patients with impaired glucose regulation.ConclusionSimple lifestyle interventions and Maiqi hypoglycemic tablets combined oral lifestyle intervention have a certain intervention effect on patients with impaired glucose regulation,both of which can effectively improve the patient's waist circumference,hip circumference;In addition,the treatment group can effectively reduce the patient Weight and postprandial blood glucose improved central obesity and insulin function in patients.Therefore,the treatment group had stronger intervention on body weight and blood glucose in patients with impaired glucose regulation,and its therapeutic effect was better than simple lifestyle.
