Objective:With the development of national fitness activities,more and more people personally participate in sports,without the guidance of professional personnel,the harm of exercise fatigue to the body is gradually revealed.Social attention to the elimination of exercise fatigue and functional recovery increased significantly.How to quickly and effectively eliminate fatigue and achieve excess recovery has become one of the hotspots in sports human science and sports training.Chinese medicine has unique advantages in preventing and curing exercise fatigue and improving sports ability.At present,the research results of Jingtian Panax notoginseng show that the application of Jingtian Panax notoginseng in preventing and curing fatigue and promoting fatigue state recovery has great potential.The value of development.In this study,Jingtian Panax notoginseng was researched to observe the effect of anti-fatigue,dose-effect relationship,etc.,and to explore its mechanism from the aspects of anti-oxidation,energy metabolism and molecular biology,etc.In order to provide scientific basis for the efficacy analysis of Jingtian Panax notoginseng and the development of anti-fatigue drugs.Methods1.Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on exercise time in miceMice were randomly divided into control group,positive drug group and five different dosage groups according to their body weight.Two hours after the last administration,the mice in each group were placed in the swimming pool to record the exercise time.2.Effect of Panax notoginseng extract from Jingtian on biochemical Indexes in miceMice were divided into three groups according to their body weight:control group,positive drug group and experimental group with different doses.Weigh weight once every other day and give it by weight for 30 consecutive days.After the last administration for two hours,10 mice were selected from each group,10 mice were taken immediately after exercise,and the remaining mice recovered 30 minutes after exercise.The contents of liver glycogen,muscle glycogen,blood lactate(LD),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured.Results:1.Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on exercise time in miceThe results of the mouse limit exercise test showed that both the positive drug and the extract of Jingtian Panax notoginseng could prolong the limit exercise time of mice in varying degrees.Compared with the normal control group,the high dose group had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).It was proved that the extract of Jingtian Panax Notoginseng had the effect of prolonging the limit exercise time of mice,and its effect was better than that of the positive results of blood biochemistry test showed that the level of BUN remained the same in each group before exercise training,but there was no significant difference.After exercise training,the levels of BUN in the positive control group,the low dose group,the middle and high dose group,and the high dose group were lower than those in the normal control group(P<0.05),and the level of BUN in the middle dose group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant statistical differences among low dose,middle and high dose groups(P<0.01).Half an hour after the end of decimal exercise training,the level of BUN was low in the positive drug group,the middle dose group,the middle and high dose group,and the high dose group.Compared with the normal control group,the middle dose group had statistical significance(P<0 05),the middle high dose group and the high dose group had very significant statistical significance(P<0.001).The results are shown in figs.2,3,and 4.2.2 Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on serum LAC level in miceThe results of blood biochemistry test showed that the level of LAC remained the same in each group before exercise training,but there was no significant difference.After exercise training,the levels of LAC in the positive control group,the low dose group,the middle and high dose group,and the high dose group were all lower than those in the normal control group(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the level of LAC in the low dose group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The middle and high dose group had significant statistical significance(P<0.001),and the high dose group had very significant statistical significance(P<0.001).Half an hour after exercise training,positive drug group and middle dose group,middle and low dose group,The levels of LAC in the high dose and high dose groups were lower than those in the normal control group.Compared with the normal control group,the middle and low dose groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01),the middle and high dose groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The high dose group had significant statistical significance(P<0.001).The results are Fig.5,Fig.6,Fig.7.2.3Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on serum MDA level in miceThe results of serum MDA test showed that before exercise training,the levels of MDA in the middle,middle and high dose groups were lower than those in the normal control group(P<0.05).After exercise training,the level of MDA in the middle and high dose groups was significantly lower than that in the normal control group(P<0.05).The level of MDA in the middle and high dose group was lower than that in the normal control group after half an hour of exercise training,and there was statistical significance in the middle dose group compared with the normal control group(P<0.05).Result Figure 8,figure 9,figure 10.2.4 Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on serum LDH level in miceThe results of serum LDH test showed that the level of LDH remained the same in each group before exercise training,but there was no significant difference.After exercise training,the levels of LDH in the positive control group,the middle and high dose group and the high dose group were lower than those in the normal control group.Compared with the normal control group,the middle and high dose groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The level of LDH in the positive drug group and the high dose group was lower than that in the normal control group half an hour after the end of exercise training.Compared with the normal control group,the LDH level in the high dose group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group(P<0.05).The results are shown in figure 11,figure 12,figure 13.2.5 Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on serum SOD activity in miceThe results of serum SOD test showed that before exercise training,the level of SOD in the middle and high dose groups was higher than that in the normal control group(P<0.05).After exercise training,the level of SOD in the middle,high and middle dose groups was higher than that in the normal control group,which was significantly higher than that in the middle and high dose groups,compared with the normal control group,and the level of SDO in the middle and high dose groups was significantly higher than that in the normal control group.The high dose group had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Half an hour after exercise training,the activity of SOD in the middle and high dose groups was higher than that in the normal control group.Compared with the normal control group,the middle and high dose group had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the high dose group had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The results are shown in figure 14,figure 15,figure 16.2.6 Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on serum GSH-Px activity in miceThe results of serum GSH-Px test showed that before exercise training,the activity of GSH-Px in the middle and low dose,middle and high dose groups were higher than that in the normal control group,compared with the normal control group.Middle and low dose group had statistical significance(P<0.05),middle dose group,middle high dose group and high dose group had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).After exercise training,the activity of GSH-Px in the middle and high dose groups was higher than that in the normal control group.Compared with the normal control group,the activity of GSH-Px in the middle and high dose group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in sex(P<0.01).The activity of GSH-Px in the middle and high dose groups was higher than that in the normal control group after half an hour of exercise training(P<0.05).The results are shown in figure 17,figure 18,figure 19.2.7 Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on the content of muscle glycogen in miceThe results of muscle glycogen test showed that before exercise training,the levels of muscle glycogen in the positive control group,the middle and high dose group and the high dose group were higher than those in the normal control group(P<0.05).After exercise training,the level of liver glycogen in the positive drug group and the high dose group was higher than that in the normal control group.Compared with the control group,the high dose group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Half an hour after exercise training,the levels of liver glycogen in the positive drug group,middle and high dose group were higher than those in the normal control group(P<0.05).The high dose group had statistical significance(P<0.05).The results are shown in figure 20,figure 21,figure 22.2.8 Effect of Panax notoginseng extract on liver glycogen content in miceThe results of liver glycogen test showed that before exercise training,the levels of liver glycogen in the positive control group,the middle dose group,the middle and high dose group,and the high dose group were higher than those in the normal control group(P<0.01).After exercise training,the levels of liver glycogen in the middle,high and high dose groups were higher than those in the normal control group.Compared with the control group,the level of liver glycogen in the middle dose group and the high dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The middle and high dose group had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Half an hour after exercise training,positive drug group,middle and high dose group,The level of liver glycogen in the high dose group was higher than that in the normal control group.Compared with the normal control group,the middle and high dose groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the high dose group had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The results are shown in figure 23,figure 24,figure 25.Conclusion:1.Jingtian Panax Notoginseng extract can significantly improve the exercise endurance of mice.2.The extract of Panax notoginseng may play an anti-fatigue effect by affecting the metabolism of mice.
