[OBJECTIVE]The malignant tumor of the stomach is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system.The morbidity and mortality of the malignant tumor are high.In recent years,it has shown a trend of youth,and the degree of malignancy is becoming higher and higher.The early symptoms of gastric malignant tumor are not typical,which challenges the early diagnosis and treatment of gastric malignant tumors.When there are significant clinical symptoms and manifestations of gastric malignant tumors,they are often in the middle and late stages.In the process of malignant tumor progression,leukocyte differentiation antigen 147(Cluster of Differentiation 147,CD147),S100 calcium binding protein(S100 Calcium Binding Protein,S100P),matrix metalloproteinase-2(Matrix Metalloprotein-2,MMP-2)and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases(Tissue Inhibitor of Matrix Metalloproteinases,TIMPs)plays a key role.The purpose of this study is to estimate the expression of CD 147,S100P,MMP-2 and TIMPs in the specimens of normal gastric tissue,chronic atrophic gastritis and different stages of gastric malignant tumor,and to speculate that CD147,S100P,MMP-2 and TIMPs are in the progression of malignant swollen tumors of the stomach,the role and interrelationship.Providing a new reference for the further detection of early gastric cancer and diagnosis and treatment.[METHODS]A retrospective study was conducted to collect gastric tissue specimens from the Binzhou People's Hospital from July 2015 to January 2017,including normal gastric tissue,chronic atrophic gastritis,early gastric cancer and malignant swelling of the stomach.All the tissue specimens were backed up in 3 groups.A group of sections were stained with HE to observe the general morphology of the gastric tissue under the microscope;the other two groups were stained by immunohistochemistry to observe and record the expression of CD147,S100P,MMP-2 and TIMPs under the microscope.Then statistical analysis software SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the correlation between gastric precancerous lesions and gastric cancer.[RESULTS]1.CD147 is mainly expressed in the cell membrane,and is less expressed in adjacent normal glands and interstitial cells.The positive expression rate of CD 147 in normal gastric tissue was only 8.6%,the positive rate in chronic atrophic gastritis was 25.7%,and the positive rate in gastric cancer tissues was 83.3%.The positive rate of expression of S100P in normal gastric tissue was 94.3%,and the positive rate in chronic atrophic gastritis was 82.6%,which was significantly higher than that the positive rate in gastric malignant tumor tissue was 50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of CD 147 and S100P between normal gastric tissue and chronic atrophic gastritis(P>0.05).2.The positive rates of CD 147 expression were 42.9%,93.3%,87.5%and 100%in the ?,?,? and IV stages in the TNM staging of gastric malignant tumor,and the positive rates of S100P were 85.7%,60%,25%and 16.7%.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the correlation analysis of Spearman grade.The positive rate of CD 147 and S100P expression in gastric malignant tumor was negatively correlated(r=0.708,P<0.05).3.With the delayed stage of gastric malignant tumor,the positive rate of MMP-2 and TIMPs increased in varying degrees,and the difference was statistically significant.The correlation between MMP-2 and TIMP-2(correlation 1.0)was greater than that of MMP-2 and TIMP-1(correlation 0.8).[CONCLUSION]In the malignant tumor tissues of the stomach,the expression degree of CD147 increased gradually with the delay of TNM staging,and the expression degree of S100P decreased gradually.The expression of CD 147 and S100P is closely related to the degree of malignant tumor differentiation,the invasion of serous membrane and lymph node,which indicates that CD147 and S100P may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of gastric malignant tumor.
