With the acceleration of urbanization and the aging of the social population,the number of heart disease patients and the number of deaths continue to increase,and heart disease has become a major disease that threatens human health.As a non-invasive and effective method of diagnosing heart disease,electrocardiogram has important reference value in clinical medicine.Compared with the current clinical ECG instruments,wearable ECG devices have the advantages of real-time ECG acquisition and real-time ECG data upload,which is necessary for heart monitoring,diagnosis and early warning.This article has designed a multi-lead wearable ECG signal device that can simultaneously acquire the electrocardiograms of three leads I,II,and V1 and be put on the human body by the ECG test clothing.The ECG test garment captures the analog ECG signal of the human body surface through the electrode patch.The ECG device mainly includes four parts:an ECG acquisition module,a control module,a Bluetooth communication module and a power supply module.The ECG acquisition module is mainly based on the ADS 1293 chip,which is used to collect physiological signals.The ECG acquisition module can amplify and filter the analog ECG signal collected by the ECG test clothes,then convert the analog ECG signal into a digital ECG signal.The control module controls the work ofthe entire ECG device,with the low-power chip MSP430F5529 as the core.The control module completes the configuration ofthe internal registers ofthe ADS1293 chip,reads the ECG data from the ADS1293 chip,and uses the Huffiman algorithm to compress the ECG data in its CPU.The Bluetooth communication module is mainly based on the CC2541 chip,and uses the Bluetooth 4.0 protocol to communicate with the mobile phone APP to achieve the purpose of real-time transmission of ECG data.The power supply module uses a lithium battery to supply power for the entire ECG device.The power adapter can also be used to charge the lithium battery through the Micro-USB interface.The multi-lead wearable ECG signal device designed in this paper can simultaneously collect the ECG data of three leads.Compared with the single-lead wearable device,it can obtain more lead ECG information It is of more clinical value.In order to meet the low power requirements of wearable devices,the ADS1293 chip,MSP430F5529 chip,and CC2541 chip selected in this paper are all low-power chips on the hardware design.On the software design,the power consumption of MSP430 is reduced by optimizing the MCU working mode.Improve the parameters in Bluetooth communication by modifying the Bluetooth 4.0 BLE protocol stack.Besides,the Huffman algorithm is implemented in the control module to compress ECG data,reduce the amount of data transmitted by Bluetooth,and further reduce the power consumption during wireless communication.Finally,a series of tests were performed on this wearable ECG device.The multi-lead wearable ECG device can perform functions such as collecting ECG data,processing ECG data,and transmitting ECG data through Bluetooth technology.The ECG waveforms collected by this device are clear,and each waveform is complete and the real-time electrocardiogram can be seen on the mobile phone APP.After implementing the low power design on the device,the power consumption of the whole device is reduced by 31%.
