| PurposeThe purpose of this project is to build a quality control management platform for the maintenance of remote ECG in the medical union,to assist engineers and medical staffs to realize the functions of remote information management,repair,training and three-level quality control management of ECG in the medical union.1.Build a three-level maintenance and quality control platform system software platform to reduce the maintenance and repair time of remote ECG;2.Popularize the first-level quality control of remote ECG in the Medical Union to improve the safety of equipment.MethodThe software design of the three-level maintenance quality control platform system uses JAVA language and SQL unionStructured Query Language,Structured Query Language)database to design the three-level quality control platform and establish information archives according to the requirements of the overall project plan.The hardware design of three-level maintenance quality control system,using Keil C51 language programming.Using Keil C51 language programming,51 single-chip design a simple portable ECG tester,so that the medical unit can detect the equipment in the daily level of maintenance quality control and simple Fault judgment.Result 1.The construction of the three-level maintenance quality control platform system of the Medical Union improves the communication of equipment information between the internal parts of the medical union,reduces the time from equipment repair to repair,and reduces the average repair time from 3.5 days to 0.3 days.2.The application of the portable electrocardiograph tester enables the medical union to perform simple maintenance judgments by themselves,and at the same time,it can carry out the first-level maintenance quality control,and the maintenance quality control coverage rate reaches 95%.Conclusion This topic analyzes the current status of the use of remote electrocardiographs in the medical union,builds a medical quality control platform in the medical union,and establishes a three-level maintenance quality control system for the remote ECG in the medical union by means of maintenance quality control tools.The design content and hardware tool design scheme of the three-level quality control system construction platform are introduced in detail,which improves the timeliness of equipment failure maintenance and the first-level quality control coverage of the medical union.It can basically meet the current quality control requirements of remote medical ECG maintenance of medical unions,and has certain value of promotion and application in medical unions. |
