Objective: To compare the differences in dietary behavior between autistic children and normal children,to understand the dietary behavior problems of autistic children,to explore the causes of dietary behavior problems, and to provide theoretical basis for improving the dietary behavior of autistic children and guiding scientific feeding.By measuring the total blood trace elements and calcium levels in autistic children and normal children, this paper studies the relationship between trace elements and calcium levels and autism, and probes into the correlation between dietary behavior problems and trace element levels in autistic children,so as to provide reference for correcting the dietary behavior problems of autistic children and improving the nutritional status of trace elements. Methods: 113 Cases of 2-7-year-old autistic children from a hospital in Urumqi and an autism rehabilitation training institution, the control group was 223 children with2-7 years old in a hospital in Urumqi, and the basic situation of two groups of children was investigated by self-proposed questionnaire, and the questionnaire survey of Diet behavior of preschool children was adopted.Compare the situation of 7 dimensions for 38 entries for two groups of children. The content of copper, zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the content of lead was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in all the children of the subjects.Statistical methods: descriptive statistics were used for general information of children and caregivers,[picture] test was used for distribution of children in two groups, and t / [X 2] test was used for comparative analysis of dietary behavior of two groups of children. The levels of blood micronutrients in the two groups were analyzed by t-test,the correlation between blood micronutrients and dietary behavior was analyzed by Spearman, and the influencing factors of dietary behavior were analyzed by logistic regression, and the correlation between blood micronutrients and dietary behaviorwas analyzed by logistic regression.Dietary behavior and trace elements and calcium levels were analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis.Results:(1)The2ctest of the general demography characteristics of the two groups showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in the main caregiver type, the education level of the caregiver, the occupation of the caregiver, and the monthly per capita economic income(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in sex,age and family structure between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)There were statistical differences in the scores of dietary behaviors between the two groups(P<0.05),the scores of picky food, food response, bad eating habits, oversatiety response and emotional eating in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the scores of exogenous eating and active eating were significantly lower than that in the control group.(3)The results of dietary behavior comparison showed that the incidence of dietary behavior in the case group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)in picky food, poor eating habits, excessive response items and emotional eating items. The more obvious items of dietary behavior in the case group were: do not like a variety of foods(86.7%),refuse a lot of food because of smell,taste,appearance,texture(86.7%),picky eating(85%),how much adults give, how much children eat(85%),eat only those foods of their choice(84.1%);The main manifestations of dietary behavior in the control group were:they would take the initiative to eat(89.3%),need adults to feed(87.5%),find something to eat(87.5%),and give themselves food when eating(86.6%).(4)compared with the serum trace elements and calcium levels in the two groups(P<0.05),the content of blood zinc and blood iron in the case group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the content of blood copper was significantly higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between blood calcium, blood magnesium, blood lead,zinc/copper(P>0.05).There were significant differences in blood zinc, blood calcium and blood iron compliance rates between the case group and the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the case group and the control group, blood copper, blood magnesium compliance rate and blood lead and blood cadmium exceeding the standard rate(P>0.05).(5)Compare scores and total scores of the picky items, food response items, bad eating habits, satiety response items, external consumption items, emotional eating items, active eating ability and trace elements and calcium in the Autistic Children Dietary Behavior Scale to perform Spearman correlation analysis horizontally. When the confidence level was 0.01(both sides),there was a significant correlation between the score of bad eating habits and the content of bloodcopper. There was a negative correlation between the score of bad eating habits and the concentration of blood copper. There was a significant correlation between the score of active eating ability and the concentration of blood zinc in emotional eating items,in which the score of emotional eating item was negatively correlated with the concentration of blood zinc, while the score of active eating ability item was positively correlated with the concentration of blood zinc. When the confidence level(both sides)was 0.05,there was a significant negative correlation between the score of picky food items and the concentration of blood copper and blood zinc, and a positive correlation was found between the score of food response item and blood lead, and there was a positive correlation between the scores of food response items and blood lead. The total score of dietary behavior was negatively correlated with blood zinc, blood magnesium and blood iron. Conclusion: The results of this study show that:(1)The main dietary problems of autistic children include severe picky eating, different degrees of food response, excessive response, poor eating behavior, emotional eating,etc;(2)The main factors affecting the dietary behavior of autistic children include: the education level of the caregiver, the nursing profession, the monthly economic income per capita,Among them;(3)Decreased blood zinc, blood copper and blood iron levels in autistic children, suggesting that the lack of trace elements in the body may be related to the onset of autism,or that autism eating behavior problems may lead to a lack of trace elements;(4)The total score of dietary behavior of autistic children was significantly correlated with blood zinc, blood magnesium and blood iron, both of which were negatively correlated, and the more serious the problem of dietary behavior, the more serious the lack of zinc, magnesium and iron in children.
