Objective:Primary carcinoma of the liver is a common kind of liver tumor in clinical practice. The incidence of liver cancer patients is high and the mortality rate is high. The treatment methods are mainly:surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, etc.,and the pain caused by diagnosis and treatment and poor prognosis.Patients often have psychological burdens.causing different psychological stress reactions.which affects the treatment effect and prognosis.Based on the theory of angry liver injury in traditional Chinese medicine, this study gives the liver tumor mouse model psychological stimulation intervention. To observe the effect of different psychological stress on the quality and volume of liver tumors.to detect the changes of expression of cell proliferation-related antigen Ki67 and vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF.and to investigate the effect of psychological stress on liver tumors and its internal mechanism.Through this study,we hope to provide a theoretical basis for the psychological intervention of patients with liver tumors.Through psychological intervention,we can reduce the negative emotions of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:Sixty five-week male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups A,B,C.and D.Each group had 15 mice.Group A is a normal control group and is fed normally.Group B was a tumor plus psychological stress group, which gave binding and noise stress.Group C was a tumor plus music therapy group, and music intervention was given.Group D was a tumor model group and was fed normally.Hepatic tumor ascites tumor models were established on the 10th day in three groups of feeding,B,C and D.11 days after the liver neoplasticization. The experimental mice were extracted after the death using the method of cervical dislocation. The mass of the tumor was taken and the tumor volume was measured. The immunohistochemical method and Western blot(WB)method were used to test the expression of Ki67,VEGF and Gene protein levels of vascular endothelial growth factor in mice with different psychological stress groups. Results:The weight and volume of liver tumor in group B were significantly higher than those in group C and D(P<0.05),and the weight and volume of liver tumor in group C were significantly lower than those in group D(P<0.05).The detection value and positive expression rate of cell proliferation associated antigen Ki67 WB in group B were higher than those in group C and D(P<0.05),and the detection value and positive expression rate of cell proliferation associated antigen Ki67 WB in roup C were lower than those in group D(P<0.05).The detection value and positive expression rate of VEGF WB in group B were higher than those in group C.and D(P<0.05).and the detection value and positive expression rate of VEGF WB in group C were lower than those in group D(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological stress based on the theory of angry liver injury has a certain effect on liver tumors. It can promote the proliferation and angiogenesis of tumor cells by altering the expression of cell proliferation-related antigen Ki67 and VEGF.Mozart music,on the contrary, can effectively inhibit the proliferation and angiogenesis of tumor cells.
