Analysis Of The Efficacy And Prognosis Of Children With Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of children with Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH)in Xinjiang.Methods:Epidemiological methods were used to select clinical data of 55 children with Langerhans cell histiocytosis,and to analyze their system involvement,involvement of different dangerous organs,nutritional status(BMI),induction treatment,gender,The relationship between the high risk factors such as nationality and age of onset and the overall survival(OS)and event free survival(EFS)of the disease.Results:(1)In 55 children with Langerhans cell histiocytosis in this study,the rate of disease remission in children with vinblastine(VBL)plus prednisone was 81.8%(45/55).The initial effective rate at the end of chemotherapy was 85.5%(47/55).(2)All samples in this study were followed up in a continuous manner.The OSs in the first,third,and fifth years were100.0%,92.7%,and 89.1%,respectively,and the first and third years.The EFS in the fifth year was 87.3%,76.4%,and 76.4%,respectively.(3)Using the Log-rank test to compare the EFS differences of different factors,the results showed multiple system involvement(?~2=13.519,P<0.001),BMI(?~2=4.209,P=0.040),lung involvement(?~2=12.724,P<0.001),induction therapy(?~2=16.444,P<0.001)may betherelevantinfluencing factors(P<0.05),and further include the above-mentioned high-risk factors in multi-factor cox regression analysis,which can lead to multi-system involvement[RR=8.794,P=0.044],lunginvolvement[RR=3.151,P=0.047],induction therapy efficacy[RR=6.070,P=0.002]is an independent risk factor for 3-year event-free survival in children with Langerhans cell histiocytosis.Conclusion:Comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the diagnosis and treatment data of children with Langerhans cell histiocytosis,and scientific analysis to determine the prognostic factors,is conducive to clinicians to develop scientific and individualized treatment plans,and extend the children The life cycle improves the quality of life.
