Objective: Non-targeted metabolomics study was used to detect plasma metabolic fingerprints in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and the plasma metabolism characteristics of patients with ACS were analyzed. Methods: The study included 60 patients with a clear diagnosis in the Department of Cardiology of the People's Hospital of the Autonomous Region, including 48 patients in the ACS group and 12 patients in the healthy control group. The ACS group included 13 patients with unstable angina(UA)and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group of 35 patients. To separate and mass spectrometry analysis the ACS group and healthy control group, this paper adopted the Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS).The plasma metabolic fingerprints of each subgroup were analyzed by multivariate statistical methods. Results: Seven different metabolic pathways such as sphingolipid metabolism, nitrogen metabolism and phenylalanine metabolism were screened by ACS group, healthy control group and each subgroup.Thirteen differential metabolites such as sphingosine and phytosphingosine were screened from the above differential metabolic pathways, and 11 differential metabolites such as sphingosine and phytosphingosine showed a upward trend(P<0.05).Trithione and dithiocarbazone showed a downward trend(P<0.05).Conclusion: Metabolomics characteristics between the ACS group and the healthy control group were different, and comparisons between the subgroups also revealed different metabolomics characteristics. At least 13 metabolites in the plasma of patients with ACS are associated with the disease.
