Objective: To explore the efficacy of psychological And Behavior intervention in pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:A Prospective randomized controlled trial,conducted 40 women who were diagnosed stress urinary incontinence(SUI)and get therapy in the hospital at November 2017 to May 2018.According to the random number table method,divided the 40 women into the control group and the intervention group,each group have 20 patients,The control group was treated with pelvic floor electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy,and the intervention group was treated with psychological intervention on the basis of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy.Observed the two groups of pelvic floor muscle strength score,the Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire(I-QOL)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score.Results: In the intervention group,the pelvic floor muscle strength score(63.49±4.78),the Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire(I-QOL)score(62.27±16.16),and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score(13.50±4.98).Better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)After 1 month of treatment,we follow-up the patients,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score(10.72±6.54)in the intervention group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological intervention therapy can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,quality of life and reduce depression in patients with pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy.It has important clinical significance.
