Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of VTE after pancreaticoduodenectomy and the effect and safety evaluation after anticoagulation prevention. Methods:A total of 103 patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled. The patients were followed up for preventive anticoagulant therapy. In order to receive anticoagulation and did not receive anticoagulation group, compare the two groups of VTE and the occurrence of bleeding events to determine the efficacy and safety of anticoagulant therapy, and according to whether the patient's postoperative VTE is divided into VTE group and non-VTE group, compare them Gender, age, weight, laboratory tests, presence or absence of concomitant diseases, and surgical factors were used to determine the risk factors for the occurrence of VTE in pancreaticoduodenectomy. Results:The anticoagulant effect of the treated group and the control group was different(P<0.05).There was less VTE in the treatment group and no obvious bleeding tendency. After single factor analysis and binary multivariate logistic regression analysis Preoperative gender,BMI,coronary heart disease history, operative time, and PLR were not different between the VTE group and the non-VTE group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin sodium after pancreaticoduodenectomy It can prevent the occurrence of VTE and is relatively safe, and the preoperative patient is female,BMI?23.3,history of coronary heart disease, operation time?600 minutes, and PLR?260 are independent risk factors for postoperative VTE.
